Short Biography of the artist/poet.
Born in London, England, Richard grew with the music, imagery and turmoil of the sixties. In 1974, he left England, to emigrate to Toronto, Canada, with his parents. Upon completing high school, in 1978, his family moved once again, this time to Cleveland, in the USA. Having completed yet another year of high school, (yes that's right, he has two high school diplomas), he struck out on his own, only to find himself in the Ann Arbor area. He attended Eastern Michigan University majoring in English literature and art and writing minors. Still not having a clue as to where his destiny lay, he ended, in a career, in the food service business, as an executive chef. Believing that he was born out of time, he escaped the rigors of twentieth century stress and life through his art and poetry. He now resides near Detroit, Michigan.
