Biography:
Arturo, born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, became a U.S. citizen in 1995. He is the head stylist at an exclusive San Francisco salon and plans to use his winnings to open his own business. Arturo lives alone except for his Persian cats Fluffy and Mugums. He is looking for new inspiration for the styles of Summer 2001 because retro is dead.
