This exhibition is curated by MCA Curatorial Assistant Sylvia Chivaratanond. This project is made possible by a grant from the Lila Wallace-Reader's Digest Fund. Encompassing video, photographs, sculptures and installations, No Harm in Looking probes the ways in which people derive meaning from images that offer contradictory or conflicting messages. The exhibition is curated by Susman Curatorial Fellow Jennifer Zuckerman. Dynamic, bold, and innovative, the work of these artists reveals a set of connective ideas that tap into a universal enquiry about the contemporary world and the nature of human existence within it.
