age\21 gender\male team\redsuns car\mazda rx-7 FD3S one of the famous takahashi brothers. they are known through out the gunma perfecture. keisuke is the younger of the takahashi brothers. he is somewhat of a hothead, but a good racer, only second to his brother in the redsuns. keisuke is the talker of the team. he uses his instincts to race, which makes him a formidable opponent. he is the one that races takumi in takumi's first race. after a while he gets to like takumi, giving him advice. he even had a hard time on who to go for in the race between takumi and his brother, ryosuke. keisuke's car is a yellow mazda rx-7.
