age\18 gender\male team\speedstars, project D car\sprinter trueno AE86 takumi fujiwara is the main character of initial d. he is very laid back and lazy. he looks like he's on crack all the time :b. he possesses a great skill of driving, which he learned from his dad, bunta fujiwara,. since takumi was 13, he was delivering tofu for his dad up and down the mountain. wether it was in rain or snow, takumi delivered the tofu. at age 13, it is illegal to drive in japan, so how does he deliver tofu? well, takumi delivers the tofu at 4 in the morning, so there is nobody in the streets. takumi does not race until his first with the redsuns' keisuke takahashi. he seems uninterested at first, but along the way takumi will learn to like street racing. throughout the series he becomes famous in the street racing community, and earns a reputation as the fastest in akina mountain. takumi's car (and mine too) is a 'panda' (thats what they call the paint, white and black) sprinter trueno AE86.
