Typological Study: At the first part of typological study single and double symmetry axis on facade is  shown with the facade drawings and their photos. The second part of the study indicates the effect of projection on facade for both corner and row houses. The different types of projections are; in the middle, close to one edge, all along the facade, in the corner (turning to the other side), not on the symmetry axis or on one side only.

Shape Grammar Study: In the coding section the codification rule of the house names are described. Each house has an id number and after id number the type of image file, house type, storey height, projection height, material of house and number of symmetry axis is indicated by letters and numbers. This codification is then given as a name to the image file. After this process, houses are classified as per the common similarities and differences on their facades. For the shape grammar study only the row houses with projection are  classified in the tables. Houses without projection are also shown but not classified in details.
