Kos Town
Kos Neo Polis

Welcome to part six of my pictures from Kos Town. These pictures are of the Greko-Roman settlement that was uncovered in the early 19th century about a mile south of the main harbor. This settlement consists of foundations, some columns (of a stoa?) and a couple temple/churches. Though they are not the best ruins in the world they still give a good idea of how the settlements were arranged. For more information, please see part one I hope you enjoy the photos. Any comments, please E-mail me, jpolos@stmarys-ca.edu. Click on the title or thumbnail to view the larger picture.
