for any reason except illness and do not allow anything to interfere with
your practice schedule . Set aside certain hours of certain days as practice
hours. Practice slowly and carefully. Each time pick put one or two
exercises you fell need particular attention and work to improve them .
Remember that even famous dancers who have been dancing since they were
children still repeat these same exercises daily.

makes perfect," says the old adage, and this is especially true about
ballet technique.

jumping steps without first" warming up" the muscles and tendons
of your legs and feet by at least 15-20minutes of good barre work.
