Road on all four sides of a plot is considered the best were as roads on North and East sides are very good too. Roads on either north or east side are good. |

Trees planted in South-west corner is considered very favourable. |
Type of trees to plant |
Peepal - Good in west side but Bad in east side. |

They are most favourable in North-east corner of the plot. |
