Ordering

Due to the nature of the antique business, all items on this website are subject to availability.  All items featured online are also available in store at the Santa Clarita Antique Center.  We try to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, but on occasion items may be sold and not indicated online.  For this reason, when you place an order, we will search our store inventory and pull the requested items off sale.  However, in the event that the item is already sold, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding order status.

Payment

We accept all online payments through Paypal.  Payment is due once your order is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

Local delivery is available for a specified fee (depending on distance from Santa Clarita Antique Center).

Shipping is available for all items except for furniture.  We are unable to ship furniture due to the size and age of our furniture.  All furniture listed on the website is available in store for pickup or by delivery to local residences.

Buyer pays shipping costs, unless otherwise specified or agreed.

We require insurance on all items shipped from Ashley Lane Antiques.

Returns

All sales are final - no returns.  We describe flaws and imperfections, as well as other necessary information.  Please view items carefully because we are unable to accept returns.
