Green Tree Python |
Morelia viridis |
By far our favorite snake in the world. They vary in coloration, personality and shape. We have a couple of them; Sorongs, Arus and Non local specific Green Trees.
|
Reticulated Python "Super Tigers" |
Python reticulatus |
These snakes are rising up daily to my favorite python position. If there were no Green Trees in the world, they would be in their spot. This is a future project. We obtained this little female in the pictures from Al and Cindy Baldogo and we are totally happy with it. Thanks Al and Cindy.

Australian Olive Pythons |
Liasis olivaceus olivaceus |
One of the giants of the liasis family. Beautiful Powerful animals. They avrage at 8-12 feet in length and they can be quite gerthy. We obtained ours from Dave and Tracy Barker and we are totally happy with them. Thanks Dave and Tracy.

Barneck Scrub Python |
Morelia amethystina .... |
An other giant, this time of the Morilea family. one of my personal favorets. They avrage at 10-12 feet in length. A semi-arborial snake. They are gorgeous big snakes. We obtained one of our pairs from Dave and Tracy Barker and are getting another one from NERD.

Blood Python |
Python curtus ssp. |
Those are some of the nicest looking snakes with a not so nice personality.
They vary in coloration and pattern. Beautiful looking creatures.

Yellow brongersmai |
Python curtus brongersmai |
Yeah, we know, we already dedicated a part of this page for the Python curtus sub-species. These are special though, so we thought it is only fair to put them in their own category. Those are Red Blood Pythons, the catch though is that they are yellow in color instead of being red or orange. They still have a shade of orange on them but they have an enormous amount of yellow, they are awesome looking and the pink heads top everything up.

Diamond X Jungle Carpet Python |
Morelia spilota spilota X Morelia spilota cheyenei |
Beautiful hardy snakes. A little nippy when young but they can grow to be the perfect pets. They have the size influence of a Diamond Python and the Black and Yellow pattern of a Jungle Carpet Python with a little bit more broken pattern and a little more yellow speckling.
|
Savu Python |
Liasis savuensis |
Beautiful animals, you just have to have a taste for them and they are misunderstood when it comes to temperment. They are just like any other python, they just need a little bit more work. Wild eyes.
|
Calabar Burrowing Python |
Calabaria reinhardti |
Odd looking and weird, the Calabars are the only Sub-Species in their family. They lay up to 5 eggs each cluch. Not a large number for a snake but reasonable considering their size.
|
Madagascar Tree Boa |
Sanzinia madagascaresis |
Since there is a law against owning non-native hots here in Arizona, this is the next best thing. These animals look wild with a head that looks like a viper. they have just been identified as close relatives to South American Boas. This is a future project as well. those snakes have been proven to be hard to breed but there is a trick to it, we hope our hunch is right.

Emerald Tree Boa |
Corallus caninus |
I have worked with wild caught Emeralds for a long time now. They have proved to me, after years of denial, of being a real pain in the neck. That is why we are going with captive born specimens. It is going to take us some time before we can get them up to size and start producing them, but it is well worth the wait. I have been in an arguement with Danny Mendez about my green trees kicking his Emeralds butts anyday, and he told me to shut up and go play with my Emeralds. :) To be truthful, I think Danny is the one that got me back into emeralds again. If you are reading this Danny, thanks, and I still think my green trees are better. :) We obtained this little one from Sean Moyle here in Tucson; he had 15 babies from the same female with no slugs last year and this is one of them. Good job Sean.

Dumeril's Boas |
Acrantophis dumerili |
You can sit for hours playing with those snakes and they will not even attempt to bit or run away. The perfect animal for beginners and for those who just enjoy handling a mellow snake. One of my favorites.
