You live
And hopefully you learn
Sometimes you do
Sometimes you don't
Most commonly

After you made the mistake
Maybe I didn't make the mistake
But a friend did
I've learned a lot about relationships
From my own past experiences
None of which were mishaps
But I look at others
I hear about others
I know about the others
They made mistakes
Big mistakes
I chose not to
Forgive me for being prejudice
Or self-centered
But give me the praise I am worthy of
You know
And I know
That I deserve it
Because I make the right choice
