Chapter Thirty-Six:
What the Hell?

The next day we were in Great Falls, Montana. It was 9am when I woke up in my bunk. I hadn't talked to Fox since our "fight", but luckily no one noticed. We had shows for the next three days, and then we'd be in Santa Barbara. I didn't want to be fighting with Fox, but I knew he had to apologize first.

I crawled out of my bunk, in my pyjamas, and walked slowly to the entertainment room, hoping to be alone. I wasn't. Luke and Tony were there already.

"Hey Fay." Luke smiled.

"Good morning." Tony continued.

"Morning guys." I told them. They looked so much like Fox, that I almost didn't want to look at them.

"Something wrong, Fay?" Luke asked, noting my sadness. "The rest of the girls are talking with Jamal at the front."

"No... no... I'm just tired. I just wanna stay here." I mumbled.

"Oh ok." Luke finished, smiling at me, still.

Fox had a different smile that Luke or Tony. Fox's was so special. I just loved it. I mean, Luke and Tony had nice smiles too, but Fox's was just different. And I wanted to see his.

"So, we have a show tonight, huh?" Tony asked, trying to change the mood of the room.

"Yeah. It should be fun." I agreed. "I mean, all the shows are fun." I finished.

"Yeah." Luke said, sighing.

*Same Time; at the Front of the Bus*

"I can't wait to get back onstage tonight!" Joey squealed happily.

"I know, it feels like it's been a week... it's only been two days!" Dare agreed, nodding.

Suddenly they, and Cher and Marce, looked up from the table and saw Fox walking over to them. He looked around quickly.

Good, Fay's not here. He thought to himself as he neared the four girls.

"Hey Fox!" Joey grinned at him.

"Hey girls, mind if I sit with you?" he asked them.

"Sure!" Marce spoke up, moving over so Fox could sit down. "I think you're brothers are in the entertainment room."

"That's ok. I'd rather be here." he replied, looking at his hands. Immediately, the girls knew something was wrong. "So, you girls are going to Nick's party on Tuesday, huh?" he asked them. They all nodded.

"Yup, it's actually Aaron's party, I think." Joey giggled.

"Cool. Um, so there won't be alcohol then?" he asked.

"No, probably not. Don't worry about Fay, we'll take care of her!" Dare smiled at Fox, who didn't look up from his hands.

"Yeah, ok, whatever..." Fox mumbled. "So, are we almost at the arena?" he changed the subject quickly.

"I think so. Montana is so beautiful!" Cher replied, looking out the window.

But Fox's mind was somewhere else. He was thinking about the stupid fight yesterday. He was wondering whether or not he should apologize to me or not. He concluded that he shouldn't have to. Wrong conclusion.

When we got to the arena, I was the last person off the bus. I was hoping Fox would come and apologize to me. Nope. I walked into the backstage area alone, slowly. Guess who I bumped into? Probably not who you'd expect. Seth, from Rowdy. "Hey Fay, haven't seen you in awhile. How you doing?" Seth asked me. I really didn't feel like talking. To anyone.

"I'm ok. How are you?" I asked him.

"Good. We're good. We're supposed to be getting ready for our soundcheck, I was just looking for Fuller. Have you seen him?" he asked me. I shook my head "no".

"Sorry. We just got here." I replied.

"Oh ok. See ya later?" he asked. I nodded, as he smiled and walked away.

I found the dressing room that had a sign with Cruel Sensation on the door. I opened the door quickly and found the girls sitting on the couches. They all stopped talking when they saw me.

"What? What's wrong?" I asked them.

"Nothing, really. Just..." Dare started.

"Fox went right to the BSB dressing room and didn't look too happy." Joey said quickly.

"What the hell? Why? Did he say anything to you?" I asked.

"No. He just seemed kinda out of it." Cher said, "Is something wrong?"

"Uh... yeah. We had a fight, over that party on Tuesday. He doesn't want me to go." I mumbled.

"Oh... that sucks. Are you going to go?" Marce asked.

"Yeah. He can't tell me what to do. I wanna go, so I'll go." I replied. I knew that Fox was just mad that Nick still liked me. I knew it, and so did he.

"Ok good. We don't want to go to another party without you." Joey smiled.

"So..." Cher began, "What do you think Fox went to the BSB dressing room for?"

"We'll find out soon enough." Dare finished.

*Same Time; BSB Dressing Room*

There was a knock on the BSB dressing room, so AJ got up and answered it. There stood Fox. Joey was right, he didn't look very happy.

"Hey dude, what's up?" AJ asked him. He probably didn't know if it was Fox, Tony or Luke.

"Where's Nick?" Fox asked him rudely.

"Uh, he's here, why?" AJ asked back.

"I need to talk to him." Fox replied, pushing past AJ. But he stopped, realizing that he was being too rude. "I mean, can I talk to him?"

"Sure. I'll get him." AJ finished. Then he left. A minute later, Nick came over to the door and saw Fox.

"Hey man, how you doin'?" Nick asked him. He knew it was Fox. He could just tell.

"Not too good. I want you to stay away from my girlfriend." Fox demanded.

"What the hell? What are you talking about?" Nick asked him, confused.

"You know what I'm talking about. You still like her. I can tell. Fay can tell." Fox said, lowering his voice.

"What? I do not! I have a girlfriend, if you didn't know." he said, getting kind of annoyed. But he remained calm.

"You're just using Cher, we all know it. Now, I'm not going to start a fight or anything, I just want you to stay away from Fay from now on. And don't you dare hurt Cher, or I'll be after you." Fox said angrily.

"Is that a threat?" Nick asked, amused by his words. It was obvious that Nick was alot taller and larger than Fox.

"Maybe it is." Fox finished, and was about to turn around.

"No, you can't threaten me in my dressing room, on my tour. Get the hell out of my face!" he said, but he managed still, to not yell.

"Gladly." Fox finished, and turned around. Then he began walking away from Nick. Nick was about to grab him and pick a physical fight, but he realized that there was no point, and he'd just get in trouble. So he let him walk away.
