"Love Struck Hands"
The first time in a studio for most of us. Some hectic days at Ice Studios resulted in the recording of three songs. The first one, "Let It Out", was made as Rune wrote down an old basslick and gave it to Reidar, who rewrote it and added two more pieces while they were in Bodø. Number two was one of the first songs Reidar ever wrote, "Birds Arrive". The last one was written while Frank was visiting Reidar and Rune in Bodø. Reidar wrote the whole song in about 3 min., but was only one sec away from trashing the song when Rune convinced him to play it all over. A big thank to Rune, 'cause this is probably the sweetest song we play.

"Live At Samfunnet, Bodø 25.08.00"
This is the recording of the concert we played at Samfunnet, Bodø. Almost all songs we played are included on the CD and consists of 10 covers and 5 Fluent songs, including the three from "Love Struck Hands". Songs that wasn't included on the CD was "Ship Song" - N.Cave and the extra "With or Without You" - U2. Most of the concert also was taped in VHS. The concert also saw the first recording of two new songs (that is"Too Much Loyalty" was written when he attended junior high school)

We once more got time to visit a studio, so during April 2001 we went to Hønsehuset in Bodø. Our "producer" Are was amazing, and after a looong weekend we had a promo-ep which included the following 6 songs:
