Simple Gifts Ensemble is a recorder quartet that offers a diverse repertoire of music from early Renaissance, classical and American folk tunes to international and contemporary music.

Nina, Shauna, Jeff and Axel have played together since 1996, performing at various venues in the Washington, DC area including McLean Symphony pre-concerts, the Mt. Vernon Christmas Candlelight Tour, the Rockville Civic Center, weddings and receptions, area bookstores, and private functions.

We've been busy this year and just released our first CD, which we're very excited about!
