Websites, Websites, Websites
It's Here!!! The official Riverdogs website is open for business!! Head on over to TheRiverdogs.com and take a look around. Go to the "Music" page for samples of three new Riverdogs songs!
Also on the website front, it appears that Nick now has his own website up and running.
Go check out NickBrophy.com
All the links are not active yet, and it appears to be in the beginning stages, but it has a long and impressive list of the artists he's worked with in the studio. You may be surprized. Bookmark it and check back often. I'll keep you posted.
While I'm plugging websites, Marc D's site has been up and running for a while now. Go check out his site at
Marc Danzeisen Like Nick's, it has a wonderfully long resume' of the projects he's worked on, bands he's toured with, played with in the studio, and produced. Not to mention a cameo in the Brady Bunch Movie!!
And of course, Rob's site at RobLamothe.com
Rob Tours Across Canada
Rob is currently accompanying Liam Titcomb on guitar and vocals for a cross-Canada tour, opening for Great Big Sea and Jimmy Rankin. Go check out Rob's Site for tour dates and venues.
Romeo's Barbershop Previews
Rob has been working on a new solo cd titled "Romeo's Barbershop" for quite a while now. If you would like to preview two new songs from the cd.. the title track and "I Ain't Broken Yet", Go to Rob's News Page and scroll down to the January 15, 2004 entry.
Both songs are classic Rob and both feature a full band. (as opposed to just Rob and his acoustic guitar)
"Romeo's Barbershop" is a slower number, while "I Ain't Broken Yet" is more upbeat with a bit of a honky-tonk vibe to it.
Both are amazing as expected!
Hey Rob, when can we expect the full cd?

Riverdogs Rock California!!!
The Riverdogs are BACK TOGETHER and better than ever! They played four reunion shows in August in California.. Two in Los Angeles and two in San Diego. I was able to make the two San Diego shows and can say that in their 14 year hiatus, they have not lost a thing!! The band was tight, played great, they were all in great spirits, very friendly, and they even whipped out a few NEW songs.
They played most of the songs off of the debut cd, plus they whipped out Pennsylvania, Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin, No Matter What by Badfinger, and new songs World Gone Mad, Best Day Of My Life and Big Steel Town.
Check out a few photos Here.
New Riverdogs Music..Coming Soon!!
That's right... Not only are the boys back playing live shows, they're making new music. As I said above, they played three BRAND NEW songs at the shows, and it won't end there! The guys have been getting together during any free time they have to put some new music down on tape with a plan of releasing an ALL NEW CD sometime in the near future!
The new songs so far are CLASSIC Riverdogs... heavy and melodic.
New DVD In The Works.
For anybody that couldn't make it to the reunion shows, fear not!!! The San Diego show at the Brick By Brick club was filmed by a 6-camera crew from L.A. and recorded in 5.1 audio. Along with the show, band and fan interviews were conducted.
I'll post any further info as soon as I hear...
Another Riverdogs fan website!!
Che, (One of the original Team Riverdogs creators)has started another website devoted to the boys! It's just in the beginning stages, but Che Rocks at web design so it promises to be a very cool site.
Go check it out... The Riverdogs Page
Riverdogs Tattoo
One last thing... On a personal note... Check out the 'souvenir' I got out in San Diego when I went to see the shows. This picture was taken when it was just done. I'll get a better, more recent and 'healed' picture soon.
CHEERS.
