I am a Microsoft Solutions Provider and a Windows DNA Specialist whose information technology experience spans 21 years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a minor in Computer Science, a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Science in Finance. Most recently, I was Director of Information Technology for Outboard Marine Corporation's North American Engine Operations spanning five manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico. Others I have worked with include General Motors, The University of California, Mobil Oil Corporation, Lockheed-Martin Corporation, and the State of Georgia. During my association with one firm in recent years, I have developed applications to support electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) and eCommerce/fulfillment systems for Chemtronics, Rich's, JC Penny, Westpoint Stevens, General Nutrition Corporation, and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.

I have a network of associates to call on for specific consulting expertise as needed. All of them have masters degrees or PhDs in decision science, computer science, finance, marketing, economics, human resources, management, and other key business areas. Most often, it is simply a matter of deploying systems, tools, and methods that have proven to work well over the years. I supplement this with a strong commitment to training that results in very efficient and cost-effective state-of-the-art solutions for my clients.
