The continent of Klatch is situated between the Circle Sea and the Rim Ocean. It is mostly desert and jungle, with most of the population outside the cities living as nomads.
The nation of Klatch is Ankh-Morpork's traditional rival. Klatchians are regarded as being incredibly cunning and at the same time totally stupid. Klatch is on the Circle sea, In the Rimward corner of the Klatchian continent, bordering with the country of Tsort. The capital city is called Al Khali, which is like Ankh-Morpork, but with sand instead of mud. Klatch's other main city is called Al Ybi.
