Taliban Capture Bamiyan Stronghold

The Taliban struck another blow against Iran with the capture of a key opposition
stronghold in Afghanistan, as Iranian leaders agreed on measures to deal with the
escalating crisis with the hard-line militia.

Iran's official news agency IRNA confirmed that Taliban forces had captured
Bamiyan City, the last stronghold of the Iranian-backed opposition faction in a
mountainous and isolated region of central Afghanistan.

Bamiyan fell into the hands of the Taliban on Sunday after intense fighting which
followed the bombardment of the city by the Taliban on Saturday 12th Sept 1998.

Kazakhs now a target for Islamic Preachers

Kazakhstan has become a target for Muslim missionaries who are preaching Islam,
the central Asian State's secret police said last month. "The cases when Muslim
missionaries illegally visit mostly rural regions have become more frequent this
year".

Astana Beknazarov said the KNB, successor to the Soviet KGB, had detained six
Pakistani citizens for "propagating fundamentalist Islam" in the country's southern
Dzhambul region.

The Pakistanis, who arrived in Kazakhstan as tourists and whose presence in the
country was illegal due to long overdue visas, spread religious literature.
Kazakhstan, a vast resource-rich secular state, has expressed that it is worried that
it’s evil secular ways might be shattered by the spread of true Islam bolstered by
the military success of the Islamic Taliban Mujahideen in nearby Afghanistan.

The pipeline that supplies Aden with crude oil has been struck again by the
Mujahideen as a part of their anti-Western campaign. The pipeline has been struck
many times which has caused havoc for the Government. This is part of the
campaign of the Muslim army of Abiyan who declared Jihad against the
government. Supporters of Shariah received statement no. 5 from the army of
Abiyan announcing and calling Muslim fighters to join their Jihad struggle and stop
the invasion of the last state in the peninsular which is about to fall into the hands of
the West.

Satanic Saudi Newspaper

A Saudi newspaper accused the Taliban militia in Afghanistan of engaging in an
excessive idealism that has nothing to do with Islam. The weekly al-Muslimun,
received in Dubai on Sunday, declared in an editorial that Islam also specifies that
Muslims should not "expose themselves to humiliation".

They have also said, "The Taliban are faced with a local, regional and international
that does not permit them to be idealists in the application of Islam," said the paper.
They have also said " The Taliban have contravened the principles of Sunni (Islam)
and are on the verge of humiliating themselves before Iran and those parties that are
opposed to them,"

What a cheek this Saudi newspaper has by saying Muslims shouldn’t expose
themselves to humiliation, they themselves have been humiliated by asking the
satanic West for help and protection. These people are satanic in their nature
themselves as they are embarrassed to be Muslims and they jump at any
opportunity to try and mock the advent of Islam in the region. We at Supporters of
Shariah think that their article underlines their fear of what could happen to them
soon as the Taliban is continuing to go from strength to strength. May the curse of
Allah be upon these "lowest of the low" scum of the earth.Comment:

Is Killing of civilians allowed in Islam?

Generally, the killing of civilians is not allowed in Islam. But in certain conditions it is
allowable such as (1) If they are being used as a shield against Islam or Jihad or
even the Mujahideen, then in that case even if they are Muslims, the war must still
go on. (2) Sometimes women and children civilians are killed unintentionally
because they are not separate from non-civilians because of darkness or they are
killed in the heat of the moment. The Sahabas once went to the Prophet (s.a.a.s)
and said to him "Sometimes when we fight at night we see women and children
killed amongst the Kuffar" and the Prophet (s.a.a.s) replied "They are a part of the
them (kaffirs)" (narrated by Bukhari&Muslim). (3) At certain times the Mujahideen
could surround an enemy area, and if the kaffirs do not surrender or a group of
them break a covenant or try to deceive the Muslims, then every male who has
reached puberty civilian or non-civilian has to be killed. The Prophet did this
against the Jews of Qaraza. (4) If a civilian man or women has been used as a
utility for fighters against Islam i.e. giving advice, manufacturing weapons, spying for
kaffirs or even managing vital sites used against Muslims and crucial and to benefit
kaffirs. (5) If a civilian man or women slander the Prophet (s.a.a.s) or any Prophet
of Islam in a blasphemous way, such as the people who were killed from the Jews
such as Kab Ibn Ashraf. This can be found in a seerah. (6) Women can also be
killed if they expose their body and use nudism to fight Islam and hurt the Muslims
such as the woman who was killed with a arrow for showing her private parts to
the Prophet (s.a.a.s) and Shahaba at the battle of Tai’f. (Narrated by Al-Mughni
vol 10)..

Terrorism in Islam;
Does Islam Justify Terrorism?

To understand the Islamic point of view, we have to look at the Islamic definition of
terrorism. We do not look at the kaffir point of view because Kaffir’s are the
followers and helpers of Satan and Satan changes the names of things. For example
the tree of sin in the time of Adam, was changed to being called the tree of eternity
by the cursed Satan, therefore we can not rely on there definition.

Islamically there is three elements of terrorism: 1) Natural Terrorism: Which is in the
form of a natural reaction e.g. deterring a fly from ones food by using your hand or
newspaper, using a scarecrow in maize field to scare off crows and deterring
thieves from ones property using guard dogs, electric and barb wire fences etc all
which involve a natural form of terrorising. 2) Islamic (Obligatory) Terrorism:
Which is obligatory for anyone capable. As Allah said in Surah Anfal v 60 "Against
them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of
war, to terrorise the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others beside, whom
you may not know but whom Allah knows" This kind of terrorism involves
strengthening the Islamic State and the Authority of Islam and it removes obscenity
and inequity and misfortunes for the poor and needy. This method was used by the
Prophet e and his Sahabahs and is now being used by the Mujahideen who are
following the Sunnah of the Prophet e .

3) Unislamic (Haram) Terrorism, Hooliganism of Power/Terror: Which is used for
Nations to be superior over one another for Non-Godly reasons e.g. in the name of
racism, nationality, tribalism and pride or to impose Non-Godly man made laws
which bring about inequity, shirk, nudity etc. The United Nations and all the
secularist polytheists are using this kind of Unlawful Terrorism against the people.
And this is why they are being confronted by the Mujahideen, as Allah said in
Bakarah v 251 "And did not Allah check one set of people by means of another,
then the earth would indeed be full of mischief but Allah is full of bounty to all the
world" (The bounty of Allah in this occasion means he made Jihad a Faridah
(Obligatory) causing the Mujahideen to fight the unlawful terrorism of the kuffar and
wicked people and finally to give his soldiers a victory). For more information on

What is the meaning of Shirk?

Shirk is polytheism, which means associating partners with Allah . This implies
association in worship (such as invoking, sacrificing, hoping, fearing, trusting or
loving other than Allah ). Kaffirs practice this shirk in the form of worship by
worshipping idols e.g. cow worshippers or statues e.g. Buddhists, Sikhs, Devil
worshippers and Christians. Unfortunately Satan has managed to snatch a portion
of our Ummah and has influenced them to worship and sacrifice for pirs, graves
and dead pious people.

Allah said " Say! Shall we call on others besides Allah things that can do us neither
good nor harm (in this lifetime) and turn on our heels after receiving guidance from
Allah? Like the ones whom the Devils have made into a fool…." Sura 6 v 71. And
Allah said "Yet there are men who take others besides Allah as equal (with Allah):
They love them as they should love Allah…" Sura 2 v 165. The prophet e said "
Allah has cursed Jews and Christians because they have used the graves of their
prophets as mosques" Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim. The prophet e also said "
Allah has cursed whoever sacrificed for other than Allah " Narrated by Sahih
Muslim.

Shirk can also be in the form of obedience, such as those who make laws
(legislate) or opposing Allah’s I law. Allah said " What! Have they partners who
have made rules for them in religion that Allah did not allow?" Sura 42 v 21. Shirk
of obedience can also mean deliberate blind following. Allah said "They take their
Priests and their Rabbis to be their lords (by obeying them, even if it is against
Allah’s I command) beside Allah …." Sura 9 v 31. Allah also said " ….. and if you
obey them you are indeed Mushrik." Sura 6 v 121. Committing or praticising Shirk
prohibits people from entering paradise. Allah said " whoever does Shirk of Allah ,
Allah will forbid him paradise and the fire will be his abode ….." Sura 5 v 72.

The good news for the Muslim ummah is that if they avoid all forms of Shirk they
will still have hope for paradise even if they do major sins. This is because Allah
said " Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him, but he forgives
anything else to whom he pleases … " Sura 4 v 48. May Allah protect us from all
forms of Shirk.

The Islamic opinion about borrowing money with interest (i.e. mortgages or similar
arrangements)

Unfortunately these terms are satanic because they are used in place of the Islamic
word Ribbah (usury). Ribbah is a contract agreed between two partners allowing
the lender to receive more money or goods than he lent in the first place. But, such
a contract is cursed by Allah along with those who undertake the contract. The
prophet I said " Allah has cursed the person who eats Ribbah and the person who
pays Ribbah and the two who witness the contract of Ribbah and the person who
writes a contract of Ribbah, they are all equal in this matter" Narrated by Muslim
and Imam Ahmed. The prophet e also said " Ribbah has 73 doors (of sins) the
easiest of these doors is like a person having intercourse with his own mother and
the highest form of Ribbah is the equivalent of falsely tarnishing the honour of a
Muslim" Narrated by Imam Hakim. The prophet e also said " One derham
(approx. 12 pounds) of Ribbah eaten by a person knowingly is worse in the sight
of Allah than committing Adultery 36 times". Narrated by Imam Ahmed and Imam
Tabarani.

"Who is Allah?
With regards to time, Allah is THE First without a start and THE Last without an end.
With regards to place, Allah is THE all encompassing.
Regarding His status, he is THE One; the whole concept is summarized in (Surah
IKHLAS.)
Regarding His knowledge. His knowledge is ABSOLUTE. He is well acquainted
with everything
With regards to His ability. Allah has Power over and above ALL things. (Surah
Mulk, verse 1)

Why did Allah order the Muslims to fight all Mushriks after the prohibited months?

Because they are Mushriks (those who worship, oppose or obey other than Allah )
And Allah does not permit shirk on the earth unless they are ruled by the Sharia
(Islamic Law). The following verse makes it clear that there is no other reason to
fight them except that they are Mushriks. Mushriks could save their blood, money
and honour by entering a treaty with the Muslims or by paying Jizya (Islamic duty
upon responsible, mature non-Muslims, not children below the age of puberty ).
Refer to sura 9: v 5.

Also Allah said "Fight them until there is no more fitna, and the whole of the religion
is for Allah". After these ayahs were revealed the Prophet e never made a treaty
with the Mushriks until he died. The only alternative given to the Mushriks was
Islam, sword or Jizaya.

What is the Islamic opinion regarding slavery?

Islam endorses slavery but only in the cause of Allah , so that those who refuse to
be the slaves of Allah , become the slaves of the slaves of Allah . Slaves and
Mushriks can keep their religion as Islam does not force anyone against their belief
but they are not allowed to be in power or have authority over the weak the
vulnerable and above all Muslims. The Sahaba have taken wives, daughters and
children of the apostates and pagans as booty, and they had children from them,
they also sold them in the market. However they should not be mistreated or
abused. Muslims should take every opportunity to teach them useful knowledge
about religion and life and set them free. as the teachings of Islam encourages.
Islamic Sharia took every opportunity to liberate those in captivity after education
and promised Muslims who free them great rewards in the Hereafter, e.g. if a slave
is hit unjustly or excessively by his owner he should be freed. The prophet (had
Merriam as a present from a Christian Egyptian king, who gave birth to his son
Ibrahim (who died when he was 18 months old) and she was not counted as one of
his nine wives.

What is the key to Paradise?

The key is monotheism, which is believing, loving, obeying Allah in a unique and
perfect way, to the best of ones ability. This understanding is shown by saying " la
illah ha ilalah" without any contradictions i.e., " worshipping other than Allah ,
allying yourself with the enemies of Allah, being disrespectful to Allah( and his
Prophets his companions or allowing slandering against any of these." And carrying
out the obligations i.e.: such as praying, Zakat fasting, Hajj, Jihad in the cause of
Allah (for more information obtain Iman tapes). The Prophet of Allah Muhammad e
said "That Islam is built on five pillars, monotheism of Allah , prayer, Zakat, fasting,
Hajj". Sahih Muslim.

Will people go to the fire even if they say la illah ilalah.?

Allah said "Then he whose balances (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy, will be
in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. But he whose balance (of good deeds)
will be light will have his home in a (bottomless) pit" sura 101 verse 6-9. Also
Shaitan (SATAN) goes to the fire despite his utterance of la’illaha ilalah. It is well
known that Jews will go to the fire even though they profess monotheism. In short if
La ilah ilalah is key to paradise then the good deeds are the teeth for that key.
Without these teeth the key is useless. We advise the ones seeking further
information to obtain Iman tapes.

My husband sells alcoholic drinks can me and my children eat from his money?

If he only sells Haram (unlawful) things then you can not use his money for food,
drink or even clothing and you should seek a divorce.

However, if your husband sells mixed items i.e. (Halal & Haram) you can eat with
the intention of using his Halal money. Moreover you should report him to the
nearest trustworthy Imam to give him an ultimatum to choose between his business
and his Muslim family. You are also free from his personal obligations within the
boundary of SHRIAH and you should pray for him in every possible occasion.
