Dear Muslims:
Who in their right or wrong mind would want to be a kafir - disbeliever
in Islamic
monotheism?
In this issue, we have attempted to cover some of the main issues
of our times, but
what about remembering similar times played out by those before us.
It seems that
the mushriks and pagens are once again using propoganda to prevent the
Muslims
from understanding Allah's punishment of the people in the past. And
too many
Muslims today are actually defending these unholy people with twisted
interpretations and understanding of Allah's ayats in Al-Qur'an and
Authentic
Hadiths. Some have even distanced themselves from other Muslims, which
was not
the way of the Sahaaba. The Sahaaba loved Muslims and hated Mushriks,
were
compassionate toward the believer and harsh against the disbeliever,
kind toward
his brother and demanded jizyah and submission from his enemy. So what
about
today?
We see what the west is all about with the recent exposure of their
"Wonderland
Club". These kuffar who have sex with little babies as young as
3 months old are
only following the footsteps of their pagen ancestors who worshipped
the Moon,
the Stars, man-made idols and other things. They were warned by all
of the
Messenger Prophets; Dawood (AS), Ibrahim (AS), Musa (AS), Isa (AS) and
Muhammad (SAW). But they still continue to be rebellious against Allah
and His
creation. What about the Muslims today?
Instead of increasing the talk of jihad and support for the Muhajir
and Mujahidin
who are the fighters that protect Allah's creation, by His permission
and safeguard
the children and their mothers by Allah's permission, too many Muslims
runand hide
from man-made laws as if it will be equivalent to the punishment of
Allah. When
our brothers, the Taliban announce they are going to destroy the statues
and idols
in the Islamic Emirate, the Muslims are either not sure of their actions,
speak out
against them and help the mushriks or don't care.
We are at war with those who want us to live wrong and worship others
besides
Allah. It is only a matter of time when the world will enter into its
third world war,
and this could happen anytime Allah pleases. The Muslims in the West
may not be
able to make hijrah or go to the frontline to save our women and children
from
these animals who some of them, claim Allah is three; Father, Son and
Holy Ghost.
They are filthy scum of the earth and Allah says about these kuffar,
they are
beneath the level of the cattle.
So now it is time to make your decision. Be like the kuffar or be
like the Sahaaba
(RA)? Make hijrah or stay amongst these filthy people with your families,
wives,
and children and become like them? Fight or run and hide? Love Allah
and his
Mujahidin or prefer the dajjal and the kuffar?

RECEIVES WARNING;
Statues Defaced
by Taliban
As Prophet Ibrahim (AS) destroyed the statues of his time, and other
Prophets did
the same, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) destroyed the statues in the Kabah.
The Taliban, following the Shariah laid down by Allah, have destroyed
this large
statue. They did this on the orders of the Amir ul-Mu'mineen in the Islamic
Emirate
of Aghanistan.
Ever so often a movement comes along that is indeed so grand and great
that even
proponents of the aims of the movement oppose it. The case in our minds
is that of
the Taliban, the ruling movement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
In a message to the public, Amir Muhammad 'Umar announced that the pre-Islamic
Buddhist statues dominating many areas of the skyline in Afghanistan would
be
destroyed.
The decision of the amir has brought world consternation and hatred
and enmity
from even other 'Islamic' countries. However, the Taliban remain vigilant.
Some of
the common Muslims also seem ready to condemn the defenders of the Shari'a.
But before we climb up the mountain of scholarship and take down our
English
translation of Sahih alBukhaari and the Noble Qur'an from the book shelf,
we need
to consider the reasoning for the Taliban's decision.
The Taliban government and the madhhab of the state is the Hanafi madhhab,
which has some very strong evidences for their position. Therefore, it
is prudence
to consider their points before we go into histrionics and diatribes.
It is known from the Hanafi madhhab regarding this issue that they take
a firm
stance. Indeed all of the madhaahib take a firm stance, but the Hanafiyyah
tend to
be the most strict. But in regards to idols and the like, the Hanafiyyah
take the
stance from the Messenger (SAW) regarding this issue.
Upon conquering Makkah in the year 9 AH (630 AD) two years before his
death
in 12 AH (632 AD), the Prophet (SAW) addressed the idols. With a stick
in his
hand and poking the idols with a stick, he recited the verses, 'The truth
has come
and falsehood has vanished. And falsehood is bound to vanish,' Surat ulIsraa,'
ayah
81
Not long after that, to the fear of the Makkan populace about what omens
would
occur at this event, the Prophet (SAW) dashed to the ground and smashed
every
single idol that was in sight.
When all was concluded, 360 idols lay in a myriad of pieces, wrecked
and
desolate. The people, after entering into Islam en masse, began the clean
up of
what was now the ashes of their shameful history. The idols, they now
knew, had
no power. Just useless superstition. They then understood that Islam is
the truth,
not the darkness of idol worship.
This was our Messenger (SAW), the idol smasher, the defacer of images.
The
same thing occured before he returned to Makkah victorious. At one point,
he
found a picture inside of the Ka'ba of Ibrahim and Ismail (AS) using divining
arrows to which he said,
'May Allah curse these people! What is wrong with them. Ibrahim and
Ismail never
used divining arrows.' All of this can easily be accessed in the Sirah
of Ibn Hisham,
Sirah of Ibn Taymiyyah, Ibn Ishaaq (RHM) and many others.
This is how the Prophet (SAW) dealt with idol worship and all of of
the evils that
surrounded it. Idols received no respect nor historical acceptance, no
matter how
ancient their sacriligious superstition was in precedent.
The Sahaaba (RAA) also adopted the same attitude without precedent.
Upon the
entry of Amr ibn al'Aas (RAA) and the other Sahaaba (RAA) into Egypt,
the
pyramids were left to continue to delapidate. They were left to be eaten
alive by the
silicon and burning stearic acid in the Egyptian sand.
There was not even the slightest passing respect given to them. They
were left.
Some, such as the Sphinx, suffered some defacing from the Muslims. There
was no
love shown to these images of idolatry.
The tombs were filled with sand and the old burial sites and symbols
of falsehood
were defaced, to be forgotten and obfuscated from history. The same occured
in
Algeria.
The arcades and Roman architecture were knocked down and lay mocked,
in
pieces on the ground only to be forgotten by those whom the Messenger
(SAW)
sent to spread Islam. The same was to occur in Tunisia, Libya, Indonesia
and also
Maldives.
Infact, to this day, archaelogists are still finding smashed idols buried
in mass
graves. When asked if they want to know about their previous culture,
the people
of Maldives reply with a firm no. What's more, they are even ignorant
of their own
idolatrous past.
Foreign archaeologists are the only ones who line the shores of Maldives,
searching
for a history and past that the people of Maldives are as interested in
as Jews are in
Third Reich philosophy.
Another strong example of Islamic hatred for idols came with Abu Sufyaan
(RAA).
This man, a former idol worshipper, demolished the very idol in Taa'if
that he used
to pay homage to in the past.
Indeed the people weeped in Taa'if. It was the end of an era, the love
that they had
for the idol. But not long after, Taa'if would become a stronghold of
Islam. Along
with Makkah and Madinah, Taa'if was one of the few places that did not
apostate
during the great falling away after the death of the Messenger (SAW).
Unfortunately, it is only Afghanistaan who is remembering this message
to the idols
and implementing the sunna regarding statues and other images paying homage
to
false gods.
Other 'Islamic' countries have now opened up their borders and invested
in
restoration of these houses of shirk and falsehood in order to draw in
the
sustenance that Allah has withheld from them due to their refusal to implement
the
Divine Shari'a.
This is why we should then be careful when we criticise people for things
that we
do not understand. But soon after, those with the English translation
of the Qur'an
will show us two ayaat that require an answer.
The first one will be,
'There is no compulsion in religion. The truth stands clear from falsehood,'
Surat
ulBaqarah, ayah 256.
However, the ayah is not talking about idols. The ayah is making reference
to a
man who was forced to leave Christianity against his will. This ayah in
all books of
tafsir is in reference to forcing people to become Muslim from the people
of the
Book.
Indeed we cannot force them, but they must live under the Shari'a discipline.
This
involves not calling to their religion in public and not holding their
festivals in public.
Therefore, we should not use this ayah as a proof against defacing idols,
for
defacing idols is about defining truth from falsehood, as the Prophet
(SAW) was
providing us with the tafsir for that ayah when he recited it while smashing
the idols.
The next ayah that some well wishers to the kuffar might use is the
following,
'For had it not been that Allah checks one people with another, monasteries,
churches, synagogues and masaajid, where the name of Allah is mentioned
much
would have surely been pulled down...' Surat ulHajj, ayah 40
Once again, this ayah is a great bounty, but it does not fit the context
of what we
are making reference to in this sitting. This is in reference to the actual
buildings,
which in an Islamic state are protected from demolition in most cases.
However, according to some of the fuquhaa', the practitioners of these
false
religions are not allowed to build new houses of worship, based on the
ayah quoted
at the beginning of the article.
Secondly, as we looked into the first ayah, this one is also a general
ayah.
Therefore, this ayah cannot be used as an evidence for the specific way
that the
Prophet (SAW) dealt with idols.
This is due to the rule of Usul ulFiqh quoted by Shaikh ulIslam Ibn
Qudaamah
(RH), 'We do not flee from the specific to the general,' AlMughni, V.
1. Thus, we
cannot leave what we know from the ayah quoted above to some general ayaat
and explanation used by some well wishers to the kuffar.
As far as the story of the Prophet (SAW) seeing a picture of the Virgin
Mary and
the Messiah inside of the Ka'aba and sparing it, it is fabricated and
not accepted
from the scholars of Sirah and hadith.
Thus, it does not stand as an evidence due to its' fabrication. And
even if it wasn't,
according to the rules of Usul ulFiqh, it still could not be used, due
to the rule, 'The
action cannot take precedence over a clear statement with action.'
This rule is the reason why we cover our thigh as nakedness, even though
the
Prophet (SAW) bore his on the ride back from the Khaibar campaign. We
get our
evidence that it is haraam due to the fact that the Prophet (SAW) said
in an
authentic hadith, 'The thigh is from the nakedness,' Sahih ulJaami'a,
classified as
sahih.
Therefore, those who are mourning the loss of the idols, be they kaafir
or Muslim,
by the hands of the Taliban should heed this message. Those who are not
Muslims
should think intelligently and choose between idols that don't speak and
their Lord
who will speak to them on the Day of Resurrection and ask why they did
not serve
Him, but instead, some dead idol.
Those who are Muslims should take warning from defending or loving the
kuffar
who worship idols and make fun of not only Islam, but Allah in the process.
Let this
ayah be a remainder to those good Samaritans who defend the kuffar and
debate
on their behalf,
'And it has already been sent down to you in the Book that when you
hear the signs
of Allah being disbelieved in or mocked at, then do not sit with them
until they
change the subject.
'And if you stay with them, then you are like them. Surely, Allah will
gather the
hypocrites and the unbelievers in the fire together,' Surat un-Nisaa',
ayah 140.
Beware of defending or even speaking on behalf of kufr. For with one
word you
come into Islam and with one word you leave Islam.
BIOGRAPHY
OF ASH-SHU'AIBI
Inheritors
of the Prophets
There are few scholars that have brought as much attention in recent
years. There is
the fatwa of Shaikh Ibn Baz which brought either condemnation or sympathy
for
the one who passed it.
There is the fatwa of Shaikh Muhammad ibn Ibrahim (RH) that cursed man-made
law and declared those who scraped the Shari'a as kuffar. And now in this
time,
we come to the fatwa of one, Shaikh Hamud al'Uqlaa' ash-Shu'aibi.
This imaam has shocked much of the world by providing an answer to a
pressing
question regarding the Shari'a today. But what we would like to do first
is cover
some of his personal life first.
The shaikh is three years younger than the late 88 year old Shaikh Ibn
Baz of the
Peninsula, and unlike Ibn Baz who was based in Riyaadh, Shaikh ash-Shu'aibi
is
based in the region of Buraydah in the alQasim district.
The Shaikh has a long history of speaking the truth and is of the same
calibre in
greatness as Shaikh Ibn Baz and Shaikh 'Uthaimin.
He was given and taught about Islam in the Burayda area, which has strong
links to
the Najd, the area where many of the strongholds of truthful 'ulama and
Mujaahidin
are housed.
In the early 1990's, it was only Shaikh 'Abdullah ibn 'Abdur-Rahmaan
ibn alJibrin,
Shaikh Salmaan ibn Fahd al'Awdah, Shaikh Safar ibn 'Abdur-Rahmaan alHawaali,
Shaikh Naasir ibn Sulaimaan al'Umar and other un-named scholars who were
supporting the Mujaahidin of Afghanistaan.
Indeed, there were other scholars who were supporting the jihaad of
the 1980's
against the Russians. But these were government scholars, and they were
only
speaking the language of the regime when they were told to support the
jihaad in
Afghanistaan.
Their support, may Allah curse them, was not based on support for jihaad
and
Islam, but based on support for the policy of the United States against
the
communism of the Soviet Union.
The 'ulama above and some unmentioned scholars were the only ones with
the
strength to support the Taliban movement that swept over Afghanistaan
in the early
1990's. For by now, the 'noble Mujaahidin' had fallen out of favour with
the West
after they had been used to annihilate the Soviet regime.
And one of those unmentioned scholars was Shaikh ash-Shu'aibi. With
the same
bravery that alJibrin has, when asked in his fataawa about sending money
to the
Taliban movement, he replied with a resounding yes.
Then came the sweeping arrests in 1995 that resulting in the detaining
of some
1500 'ulama, one of which was Shaikh Hamud al'Uqlaa' ash-Shu'aibi. After
his
release, he would be arrested repeatedly, in an attempt to silence the
near rebellion
that had been started in the Buraydah region.
This rebellion had been brought to fruition by one of his students,
Shaikh Salmaan
ibn Fahd al'Awdah. Upon proclaiming the corruption of the government of
the
Peninsula, al'Awdah called for sweeping changes. These demands were met
by the
goverment with viciousness.
Arrests followed and the lives of the scholars were disrupted. But the
difference
between the cowards and the scholars is that the scholars continued the
struggle.
Shaikh ash-Shu'aibi continued on speaking the truth, irrespective of the
odds.
Thus from 1998 on, Buraydah became a spot of focus for those who would
rebel
against the kufr of the Saud regime and ash-Shu'aibi would become a spokesman
for the 'ulama of the Peninsula demanding the implementation of the Shari'a.
But what sparked the interest in him in the alJihaad this month is his
stance
regarding the Taliban movement which he has been so unwavering towards
in
support. The Shaikh was asked a series of questions regarding the Taliban
movement.
And as the Shaikh is long known for his wisdom and quick wit, he answered
them
with sharpness. His fatwa was delivered in the month of Ramadan. When
speaking
of the government of the Taliban, he explained,
'The Taliban regime in Afghanistaan has been proven to fulfil these
factors, so it is
the ONLY country in the World in which there are no man-made laws and
legislations.
'Rather, indeed its' legislation is established on the Shari'a of Allah
and His
Messenger in the Courts of Law, in the ministries, in the government circles
and
other establishments.'
This statement sent a shockwave of amazement through the Peninsula.
For although
we from the outside know that it is a kaafir regime, many of the people
in the
Peninsula have been raised to believe that it is the only Shari'a state,
whereas the
Shaikh has said that only the Taliban regime is the Islamic state.
The support that the Shaikh has given to the Taliban is indeed great
and may Allah
reward him for that. But may Allah also strengthen him to handle the oppression
and possible arrest for saying the statements that he is saying. For no
one speaks
the truth from the 'ulama except that there is someone there waiting to
harm him.
When speaking of the humans rights policy of the Taliban regime in Afghanistaan,
the 'aalim responded with the following,
'Indeed it is the ONLY country in the World which is striving for women's
rights
according to the Shari'a and not according to the ways of the Secularists
who
encourage the women to display their beauty, cast off their hijaabs, mix
freely with
men, drive cars alone and other things like that.
'It is the ONLY country in the World which has a separate ministry by
the name of
the Ministry to Encourage Good and Forbid Evil.
'To conclude
Just as we pray for the Taliban Government for ability
and
guidance from Allah, we also appeal to them to remain firm and steadfast
upon
these aforementioned great Islamic qualities and to hold fast to the Book
of Allah
(SWT), the Sunna of His Messenger (SAW) and the ways of the Salafus-Saalih
(Pious Predecessors) and that they do not worry about pressure and intimidation
from the disbelieving countries and others like them.'
Not only is the fatwa of the Shaikh a slap in the face to the people
who are not
supporting the truth of the Taliban movement, it also bolsters support
for the
Taliban and those who fought to try to establish what the Taliban now
have.
People such as Shaikh 'Umar 'Abdur-Rahmaan, Shaikh 'Abdullah 'Azzaam
(RH),
Shaikh Usaamah ibn Laadin and many other jama'aat and organisations may
all
take solace in the fact that they have not been forgotten and that there
are indeed
'ulama who are not ashamed of the Shari'a, but are willing to bear the
struggle in
supporting it.
Shaikh Hamud al'Uqlaa' ash-Shu'aibi now remains an enemy to the regime
in the
Arabian Peninsula and the other regimes that are paid to remain silent
on the Shari'a
that is being implemented. We pray for the safety of the Shaikh and that
one day he
might be allowed to leave so that he might live out the rest of his days
in the Islamic
state.
And may Allah bless all of the other 'ulama who have bled and passed
fataawa to
protect the honour of the Mujaahidin in general and the Taliban in particular.

ISLAMIC
JIHAD IN INDONESIA;
Tears and
Fears for the Unholy Coming
When the economic collapse came with the advent of George Sauros, the
inhabitants of Indonesia thought that this would be the largest of their
worries. If
only this were the case.
Unfortunately, it was just the beginning. The horror intensified with
the rise of ethnic
troubles in East Timor. This trouble came from those Christian inhabitants
on the
island that were now demanding their own state, with U.S. blessing of
course.
The Indonesians, with the nationalism that the government had infused
them with,
would not allow this action. This is when the Timor people exacted a
terrible
vengeance. Masjids in many locations came under attack.
Rapes and attacks on Muslim women were used to show that the Timorese
were
serious about their claims. But the Indonesians retaliated with the
attacks on the
Timor people.
But the heat of jihaad did not become apparent until recently. The
problems that
exist currently in Indonesia are part of a long standing condition.
If possible, the
condition can be compared to that of Andalus (Spain).
It may be befitting to compare and then observe the similarities between
the two.
Both of these nations were taken by the Mujaahidin, one by the Mujaahidin
more
than 50 years after the death of Muhammad (SAW) and another more than
100
years after the death of Muhammad (SAW).
Both of them had strong Islamic teachings implemented immediately,
with Andalus
(Spain) being mostly Maaliki in madhhab and Indonesia being mostly Shaafi'ii
in
madhhab.
In a short period of time, Islam became the dominant culture and system
in both
locations. The Arabic alphabet took root and the system of zakah was
implemented relentlessly. Science and mathematics thrived in both countries.
But while all seemed beautiful, the seeds of unmindfulness began to
take root. With
all of the intermarriage there began to be too much sympathy for the
Christians and
Jews in Spain, whereas the case with Indonesia was the Christians, Chinese,
Buddhists and Jews.
The Hindus in Indonesia had long been peacefully paying jizyah. They
also lived on
the island of Bali, which was a far location from the big islands where
most of the
amirs were based and where most of the ruling was taking place.
But in both countries, despotism and nepotism began to be the order
of the day.
Both of them began to lose sight of jihaad, with soft, obese rulers
using the position
of leadership like that of a dynasty. These emirates then became kingdoms.
They would both witness Islamic revivals by their scholars, but some
of the poison
had already sunk in too deep. One of the worst poisons was that of Christianity.
Left far too long without paying jizyah, the Christians became haughty
and
rebellious.
This was when the Christians of Spain decided to contact Tomas De
Torquemada,
perhaps the strongest authority of that time on Roman Catholicism. The
same tactic
took place with the Timorese contacting Pope John Paul II for direction.
The Christians of both lands asked for permission to declare a war
of the cross in
their lands and to purify them of the 'Islamic scourge' and both received
permission.
The Christians of Spain started by inviting the Christians of Byzantium,
Iran and
Iraq to come and help for the cause of Christ.
'Come out,' they shouted, 'And risk your life for your religion.'
The Christians of
Indonesia did the same, only they invited the Dutch in the late 1800's
to come into
the islands.
When the Christian warlords arrived, they found, with the exception
of a small
band of 'ulama and Mujaahidin a mostly opulent and decadent social class
of
people ruling who could barely defend themselves.
The Christians went to work, leveling the countryside. In Andalus,
it started in
Gharnata (what is today called Granada). In Indonesia, it started in
Jakarta and
some of the locations in Timor.
The Muslims were very quickly dethroned from power in both countries
due to
their weakness. One of the first signs of Christian dominance was the
desecration
of AlHambra and the removal of the Qur'an as the ultimate source of
law in the
country. In Indonesia, it was the destruction of some of the long standing
masaajid
with desecration of SEVERAL Qur'ans.
While the war of the cross continued in both countries, there was
so much
internecine warfare between Muslims that they did not have the ability
to form a
cohesive battle strategy. This resulted in the Muslims losing more ground
than
gaining and having to go on the defensive rather than offensive.
The final measure was the consolidation, which has only happened in
Andalus
(today's Spain). After consolidation, the masaajid were all razed to
the ground.
Near 1 million people were deported in 1685 AD and hundreds of thousands
feared dead.
The Christians were in such a frenzy over their victory, that they
actually dug up the
bodies of whatever dead Muslims were there and tortured and mutilated
them as
well.
The end result of today's Spain is that authentic Islam has been all
but obliterated
from the landscape. Indeed there are small bands of people coming back
to Islam.
But without following the methodology of the Prophet (SAW) in bringing
countries
to Islam (jihaad), the converts remain small and constantly tempted
to travel back
down the road to kufr.
Today, the occupation in Spain is over, as it officially belongs to
Christians and
Christianity. Islam has become nothing more than folk religion and history
there.
The consolidation process in Indonesia is already halfway complete,
looking
historically.
In Indonesia, what has actually occured was on primetime Indonesian
television,
Christians videotaped themselves eating Muslim flesh, chewing on Muslim
heads
and planting severed Muslim heads on posts.
This is comparable to the Christians digging up the graves of Muslims
in Spain to
mutilate them. The question now is, what path will the people take now
that the
jihaad has intensified?
Will they meet the same fate as Spain, a nation that will only have
Islam in their
history books or as some dirty secret to be hidden?
Will the Indonesians forget the driving force that made them great
and collapse
under international pressure? Or will there be long term civil war as
in Yemen
without a clear victor?
The most sincere hope, insha'allah, is that the people of Indonesia
defend
themselves and that they resist the onslaught of foreign ideas. If they
stand firm as a
united block, Allah (SWT) will assist them, for He has said,
'Truly, Allah loves those that fight in His cause in well ordered
ranks as if they were
a solid structure,' Surat us-Saff, ayah 4.
Insha'allah, the people of Indonesia will unite under the banner of
Allah, throw off
the tyranny of their secularist rulers and re-establish the Shari'a
that blessed their
shores so very long ago.
And may Allah help His blessed soldiers in every location and endeavour.
THE
PLAGUES TO COME;
Fierce
Punishment From Allah
At last count, there are over 30 cases of foot and mouth disease. This
disease has
caused damage to the countryside in such a way that over 30,000 animals
have had
to be burned in an attempt to control the spread of the disease.
But the disease has actually spread further than anyone could have realised.
Even
with the burnings, the disease has continued to multiply and spread dramatically.
The last outbreak was with the mad cow disease. This disease come to
the
Germans and made it to other nations as well. In 1967 there was an outbreak
in
Britain and all over the country, animals had to be killed and burned.
Now the latest outbreak has come. But how has it come? The latest outbreak
in
specifics has come due to the housing of pigs with sheep, chicken and
cows. Pigs,
as it is known, carry quite a few diseases but they do not show them.
They merely
pass it along.
This is why in China, many of the people suffer from kidney failure
and other
diseases from the pig. Although they cannot get it directly from the pig,
they get it
indirectly from the chicken that they eat.
The chickens in many parts of China are housed next to the pigs and
they eat the
faeces of the pigs that falls in the hay as nourishment. This waste has
the diseases
that circulate through the pigs body. These chickens are slaughtered and
eaten,
without the people understanding that they are eating contaminated meat.
In the United Kingdom, pigs are stored in the same facilities as sheep
and cows.
What this does is that it exposes the other animals to the diseases of
the swine,
which they had never seen before.
The pig displays normal signs of health, as he is only a conduit of
the disease. But
upon observation of the sheep and cows housed with them, one finds pustules
and
sores on the face and feet of the animal. This leads to other complications
and in
some cases death.
This disease is also capable of being transmitted to human beings. This
is the
problem that the scientists are faced with at the moment. And it is the
precise
reason why so many animals are being destroyed to stop the spread of this
disease.
In spite of all of their caution, the disease has reared its' head in
Britain, Ireland,
Germany, France and Scotland. We were awaiting to hear about it coming
from
the Peninsula, but our wait was not long. Contaminated meat struck in
the Arabian
Peninsula not long ago.
Foot and mouth has ceased being an outbreak and is now an epidemic.
In many
parts of Britain, people have been forbidden from going through the countryside.
Traffic has been detoured and people have been inconvenienced upon their
trip to
the supermarket.
They have had to buy meat that is expensive and there is no guarantee
that it is safe
from the epidemic. This remains to date the worst epidemic to strike the
industry,
as the countryside and farmers are on the brink of
economic collapse.
As we mentioned, indeed this is the specific reason for the foot and
mouth
outbreak. But the general is far more frightening. The reason in general
is from the
curse of Allah and the prophecies of the Messenger of Allah (SAW).
He mentioned in regards to a 'disease that no Arab house would escape
that is like
the sickness that effects sheep,' Collected by Imaam alBukhaari and classified
as
sahih.
Could this be the time that this hadith could be fulfilled? Could this
be
the time when this epidemic will spread worldwide? Will this year be the
year of widespread poisoning of our meat supply?
With the direction that things are heading in, it would certainly appear
that this may be the year for the fulfillment of this hadith. With every
new
day, there is another case or set of cases of the epidemic, which threatens
to
swallow the way of life of people in the country and jeopardise our very
food
supply.
All of this not only warns us of the hadith, but also of the dangers
of
housing unclean animals with animals that are clean. As we mentioned above,
this
comes due to the mixing and integration of all of these animals
together in one complex.
To the thinking man, it could only be the case that this tragedy would
take place
due to unsanitary and unacceptable housing for the animals in the first
place.
The ultimate outcome of this has yet to be seen, as only time will tell
how
awful and just how widespread this disaster will become. May Allah protect
the
Muslims from the evil of whatever the kuffar have brought upon themselves
with
their own hands.
THE
DANGERS OF GHIBA;
An Overlooked
Major Sin
Of all of the horrific sins, we usually think of worshipping idols,
drinking
alcohol, committing fornication, committing adultery and many other
things when
we think of major sins.
But we do not think of one of the major sins that is overlooked in
this
time. The one overlooked in this time has destroyed much of the good
in the
conversation of people and many base their whole careers on it.
Others do it without paying any mind to this most underestimated of
all of
the major sins. What makes things worse is that it is seen as harmless
by so many
people in the Ummah.
Few people in the times of Imaam Ibn Taymiyyah, Imaam Ibn Kathir,
Imaam Badr
ud-Din al'Aini (RHM) and the imaams before would have thought that ghiba
would
have been taken so lightly in the years to come.
But indeed it has been taken to be something that is a necessary part
of
conversation, to the point where Allah (SWT) is forgotten and the
conversation becomes nothing more than meaningless prattle.
Allah has warned us about wasting time in this manner when he said,
'And do not spy or backbite (ghiba) one another. Would anyone of you
love to eat
the dead flesh of his brother? You would hate it, so have fear of Allah
for He is the
Forgiving, the Merciful,' Surat ulHujuraat, ayah 12.
But when we read this ayah, we might be wondering, 'What exactly is
ghiba? How
do we know what it is, for everyone knows what spying is, but what exactly
is
ghiba.
The description of ghiba has been given by none other than the Prophet
(SAW)
himself. The Sahaaba (RAA) were gathered in front of him one day as
narrated by
Abu Huraira (RAA) when the Messenger of Allah posed the following query,
'Do you know what ghiba is?'
They (the Sahaaba) said, 'Allah and His Messenger know best.'
He [the Messenger (SAW)] said, 'It is that you mention about your
brother what
he dislikes.'
Then it was said, 'What if what that which is said about my brother
is as
what I say?'
He (SAW) said, 'If what you say is in him (the statement is true),
then you have
done ghiba to him (you have back bitten him) and if what you said of
him is not
present in him, then you have slandered (buhtaan) him,' Narrated in
Imaam Muslim
and classified as sahih.
Thus from this simple hadith we can see that the two acts, be they
backbiting or slandering, they are both wrong and unacceptable. But
if this is the
case, why does it still continue? Why? It is due to the fact that the
beginning of the
hadith is ignored.
In explanation of the hadith, Imaam an-Nawawi (RH) had this to say
about ghiba,
'Ghiba is mentioning in the person's absence what he would dislike.'
Many have come to think of ghiba in the sense that only if it is false
speech about the person does it actually become wrong. This is a false
conception. For the Prophet (SAW) mentioned in the above hadith that
even if
what the person backbiting has alleged was true, the person has still
done ghiba.
The following hadith should suffice as ample evidence for the person
seeking the
truth,
Once, A'isha (RAA), out of jealousy, said that Safiyyah (RAA) was
short and
made other remarks. The Prophet (SAW) rejoined,
'You have said a word that, had it been mixed with the water of the
ocean, it would
have darkened it,' Narrated by Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi and Baihaqi.
The scholars, such as Imaam an-Nawawi (RH) have also come to the same
conclusion from the simplicity of the hadith above and others that go
along with it.
So even though Safiyyah (RAA) was short in reality, it was still ghiba,
for
indeed it did bother her to be referred to in that manner. So from this
we
can gather, whether it is the truth or not, if the person dislikes it,
it is
unacceptable and ghiba to do this to the person.
And in reality, to keep the company of those who are doing this act
is the
worst, for what they are doing is indeed wretched and the stench that
comes from
this act is reprehensible.
Jaabir ibn 'Abdullah (RAA) said, 'We were with the Prophet (SAW) and
the wind
brought a foul odour our way. The Prophet (SAW) said, "Do you know
what that
odour is? It is the odour of those who backbite the believers,"
Collected by Imaam
Ahmad ibn Hanbal (RH) and classified as sahih.
And if one should witness that someone is having ghiba done against
them, then that
person should stand up and defend the one in his absence, as the case
was with
'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (RAA).
Once, a man began to slander someone in his presence, to which 'Abdullah
ibn
Mas'ud (RAA) replied, 'By Allah, I know nothing but good about him.'
The man
continued his slander two more times, to which Ibn Mas'ud replied the
same.
This shows the refusal to accept ghiba being done against a Muslim
brother or
sister. He stood firm for the principle. It makes sense that he should
have, for he
was only imitating his teacher, the Prophet (SAW).
Once, one of the mother of the believers, Safiyyah (RAA) came to the
Prophet
(SAW) weeping about the fact that some of the other wives, in particular
A'isha
(RAA), kept mocking her height and her Jewish ancestry.
When the Prophet (SAW) heard this, he said, 'You go and tell them
that your uncle
is the Prophet Harun, your father the Prophet Musa and you are married
to a
Prophet. And what of A'isha's ancestors? All kuffar.'
When Safiyyah returned and spoke these words, the ghiba stopped and
she was
vindicated. This all comes from protecting the honour of the believers.
It is as the Prophet (SAW) said,
'Whoever defends the honour of a believer who is being slandered in
his
absence, it is upon Allah to deliver him from the Fire,' collected by
Imaam Ahmad
(RAA) and classified as hasan.
Those who are defending the honour of any Muslim brother or sister
should see
themselves as nothing more than warriors, defending the honour of those
who are
unable to defend themselves due to the cowardice of those who would
attack them
from behind their back.
And what cowards they are, those people who mention others behind
their back.
Rather than stand firm and confront the person over whatever grievance
they might
have, they stand back and whisper, as the Shaitan does, about the person
and try
to enlist other people to lose their good deeds and waste time.
Worst of all, the person is trying to find others to dine on raw flesh
with
them, most of all in public in the front of the other believers. And
who
enjoys the taste of raw flesh with the blood still coursing through
it?
'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (RAA) narrated, 'Once we were sitting with the
Prophet
(SAW), then a man stood up and left, then a man in the gathering spoke
ill of him.
The Prophet (SAW) said to that man, "Clean your teeth." The
man said, "Why? I
haven't eat anything."
The Prophet (SAW) said, "You have eaten the flesh of your brother,"'
Collected by Tabaraani and classified as sahih.
But what of those who think it is wrong, but they don't have the strength
to raise
their voice above the voices of ghiba and the stench that it brings.
Well, the least they can do is get up and leave their company, as Allah
(SWT) has said,
'And those who do not bear witness to falsehood and when they pass
by some evil
talk or act, they pass it by with righteousness and dignity,' Surat
ulFurqaan, ayah 72.
So the very least that can be done by those too cowardly to raise
their
voices for their Muslim brothers and sisters being slandered is not
to be a
part of it. For to be a part of it will make you accountable on the
Day of
Resurrection.
But as we look at all of the evils of mentioning the believer in his
absence, we then are left with a question. Is there any time whatsoever
that we may
speak about someone in their absence?
What about emergency situations of life and death? What should one
do or is there
any excuse whatsoever? In cases such as these, there have been exceptions
left to
the Muslims.
These acceptions, however must be understood in light of the fact
that the intent is
for protecting the honour and principle of the Shari'a and those involved.
Imaam an-Nawawi (RH) in his commentary on Sahih Muslim and the other
'Ulama
(RHM) have also isolated out times when ghiba is permissible.
TIMES WHEN GHIBA IS PERMISSIBLE,
1. The one being oppressed. It is permissible for the oppressed that
he
should tell the ruler, the Qaadi or other than those two for whoever
has the
authority or ability to stop his oppressor. So when he says, 'So and
so has
oppressed me or did this to me,' it is permissible.
2. Seeking help to change an evil or refuting and repudiating the
disobedient one to the right and proper conduct. So he says to whoever
he hopes
has the ability, 'So and so is doing this thing.' And so he pushes him
(the
disobedient person) from it (the act) and any other things.
3. Seeking fatwa in a matter by him saying to the mufti, 'So and so
or my
father, my brother, my husband/wife has oppressed me due to this and
what is
there for me to do about that. What is the way to rectify that or what
is my defence
or way to take his oppression away from me?' and other things besides
that.
So this is permissible for necessity and rectifying things that he
should
say regarding a man, husband/wife, parent, child or whatever his issue
is.
And showing the permissibility of this is the hadith of Hind (the wife
of
Abu Sufyaan) and her words, 'Abu Sufyaan is a cheap man,' as collected
by Sahih
Muslim.
Thus he would withhold from her the right of her maintenance, which
is a
right that the woman has. Therefore, the woman has the right to secure
her right.
The same can be said for the case of Faatimah ibn Qais in a sahih
hadith, in which
she asked the Prophet (SAW) about counsel in the matter of two people
who had
asked to marry her. About the first one, he said that he was not good
for anything
and about the second one he said that he beats the women of his household.
This is a matter that it is permissible to speak about, for in marriage
the
honour of the woman must also be protected. And the frankness that must
be
expressed in preserving the right of the woman in that case must take
precedence,
as the Prophet (SAW) showed.
4. Warning the Muslims from evil. And that is from the permissible
ways and those
who do evil and harm are harmed by speaking about them and being witnessed
against and being classified (as evil, tyrants, etc) and explained (what
was it that
they did which was wrong. What was their innovation).
And this act indeed is permissible by ijmaa', but it is compulsory
that it
be for upholding the Shari'a. And from it (the Shari'a) is giving
information of his (the person doing harm) shortcomings and evil in
front of the
conference or consultation in connection with him.
And from this point is when you see someone purchasing something harmful,
or a
slave, theft, committing fornication, drunkenness or anything like that
by you
mentioning that which is purchased.
The same goes for a person who is a kaafir. That person, whoever he
or she is is
not safe from having ghiba done on them, for their flesh is not
preserved, due to their worshipping others than Allah. Those who make
shirk in
this manner are not entitled to preserve their shirk and be left to
themselves by the sincere believers.
5. That the person is someone who is making obvious and public his
rebellious sin or bid'a. Then the person may be mentioned by name in
order to
warn people of him. And it is not permissible to do this name calling
any other time
except with sufficient reason.
6. To have familiarity with a person. This is when a person is known
by a
nickname or title like, the short one, the blind one the cut one and
others
things that are permissible to know him (the one in question) by. An
example is that
there may be a plethora of persons with the name Haamid, therefore to
diffrentiate
between them, one is called, 'Short Haamid,' another 'Tall Haamid,'
another 'West
Indian Haamid' and so on. This is so that we might not have to spend
so much time
and energy in attempts to figure out who we are making reference to.
And it is haraam to mention him with it (the nickname) unless it is
not
possible to know him with out using it, thus it (the nickname) takes
priority. And Allah knows best.
But with each one of these permissible situations, before one declares
the
ghiba that he or she is doing as permissible, there must be the intention
behind it and it must match with the Shari'a. For if it does not, the
person
is merely hiding behind the cloak of holiness while slandering and hurting
others.
The most sincere hope of the preparer of this article is that the
believers
in the West, East and in every other place where there are believers
will
cease from ghiba and leave these vain pursuits, insha'allah.
ISREAL
ON THE HORIZON OF ETHNIC WARFARE;
The Voice
of the Shepardim
As the society of Israel unravels
before the very eyes of its' citizens, they are left
wondering what to do. The violence is increasing in Israel and no one
is sure
exactly what to do about it.
A large restuarant in Israel, known as Yehuda Avazi, was attacked
and wrecked
by a Jewish mob in an attempt to destroy all traces that the place had
ever existed.
This was horrifying for the customers of this restuarant, who were
all very delighted
and ready to have a feast at one of the most famous restuarants in Israel.
But the delight turned to fear when the mob, comprised of some 2,000
people,
rushed up to the store to attack during the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur,
which is
supposed to be a day of fasting and repentance from that years sins.
It came as a complete surprise, due to the fact that it occurred in
the normally
tranquil city of Tel Aviv, which is a very quaint Mediterranean town
in Israel. As
the city is known for its' tolerance, everyone, even the Arabs, who
think they have
'integrated' into Israeli society, were taken aback.
The restuarant, located in the Hatikva district of Tel Aviv which
is racially
comprised of North African and Middle Eastern Jews known as Sephardim,
was
targeted due to the fact that it employed Arabs.
As the siege of Yehuda's began, the crowd chanted over and over again,
'Death to
the Arabs.' Soon fires were set, windows were smashed, and there were
attempts
made to barracade the Arab waiters in the back kitchen area so as to
burn them
alive.
But by this time the Israeli police had arrived and were attempting
to control the
crowd. This proved to be easier said than done. The horror continued
on with the
police bringing very little order to the situation.
With all the hatred and fires being set, one would think that the
store was owned by
Arabs, but no, it was owned by an Ashkenazim (Eastern European) Jew,
considered arch-enemies by the Sephardim.
Thus the enmity is also ethnic. For so many years, the Sephardim were
called by
the Ashkenazim, 'Jewish Arabs' the pain was unbearable. Many times,
they would
be beaten up by Israeli military and police and the women would be sexually
assaulted.
When asked why they had did this to fellow Jews, the Ashkenazim Jews
would
reply with surpise, 'We thought they were Bedouin Arabs.' Thus the issue
was not
the ethics of rape, but who you are licensed to rape.
The hatred that the Sephardim had been trying to hold down for their
own Jewish
brethren, along with the hatred for the Arabs, who they share so much
in common
with, came out in one big yell on that night.
There will be more to come. As the visage of the united Israel is
pulled down from
the wall of lies, we will see more of the secret life that Israel does
not want us to
see, more of the inner hatred that they do not want us to view.
The world was able to see a small peak of this bigotry, when in 1992,
when Falashi
Jews from Ethiopia were air lifted into Israel, they were refused blood
tests and
vaccination, for they were all believed to have had AIDS, being from
Africa and all.
Any Falasha Jews who had or attempted to donate blood in the future
would be
rejected or would have their donations thrown out. All of this done
to a people
who are supposed to be your brethren in faith.
But Israel is a time bomb, and no one knows who has the detonator.
But time will
show us how long the 'people of Zion' have before they are once again
vomited out
of that tiny strip of land.

Another
Symptom and Evil Kufr
Had this story involved anyone else,
we could have easily turned our eyes and our
ears away from it. Had it been no closer to home, we could have forgotten
about it
and consigned it to just another example of the sickness of the West.
However, the problem has hit home. Recently, one of the world's largest
pornographic rings was raided by the police in a supposed attempt to
crack down
on child pornagraphy in Britain.
The crackdown came to the doors of the Wonderland Club, an organisation
known for the kidnapping of children and their sexual exploitation.
Seven of the
organisers were arrested and given sentences ranging from 6 months to
3 years, all
for the abuse of innocent children.
Stacks of photo albums of child being sexually abused were confiscated
from the
premises of these sick and deranged people.
Now comes the strongest and most bitter pill to swallow. One of the
men, 31 year
old 'Ali Ahmad, a cab driver from central London and avid motorcyclist
was one of
the collectors of this filth.
How is it that this person, born into a Muslim household, could involve
himself with
and in the process become part of world perversion via the internet?
The answer is at once simple and easy to provide. This phenomenon
comes with
living with, eating and drinking with and having sympathy with kuffar.
For just as a
duck would not allow wolf pups into its' ranks, so kuffar would not
allow a devout
Muslim into the ranks of the sexual deviants.
With that in mind, Mr. Ahmad must have been just as much a party to
kufr as the
other six demons. And that would not have been possible unless he grew
up with
them and was akin to the same sexual impulses as them.
We are susceptible to the same disgusting fate living in the West.
Daily, we are
bombarded with pictures of naked men and women, and at times advertising
for
homosexual relationships on billboards or on the television.
Our children go to school and play on the same playground as the sons
and
daughters of sexual predators or paedophiles. They watch the television
and watch
the proponents and supporters of corruption and sexual vice.
However, those in Britain should observe the United States to be sure
of what is
coming next. NAMBLA (The North American Man Boy Love Association) is
lobbying in the United States for recognition of Man/boy marriages by
law.
And for what purpose would the United States have in denying them,
NAMBLA
reasons, as people in the United States, particularly in Hawaii, can
marry animals as
well as same sex marriages?
So what is to stop them from being forbidden by U.S. law? The United
States has
already gone so far and with each year edges closer to civil and military
unrest. This
is all part of the loss of society and the corruption and striping of
the Shari'a.
Man-made law is what set the pace for every act. Man-made law is what
set the
pace for every haraam being made halaal. Man-made law is what set the
pace for
every halaal to become haraam.
Innocent children are not safe from perverts and those who protect
their right to be
perverted. It is indeed interesting that Britain is so harsh against
child pornography.
Indeed they used to be the same way in the United States, until it was
decided that
it should be legalised, just like gambling, so that the government might
control it.
By doing this, the government said that it was 'regulating' prostitution,
gambling,
alcohol and the like which they had legalised. Why have a black market,
they
opined? Why not legalise it and then we can tax it and control it.
Thus the original vigilance against prostitution and pornography in
the United States
was done away with once these evils were legalised. The same thing,
although it
will take longer in British society due to their conservative bent,
will no doubt come
to Britain.
At first there will be the hatred, but after some time, organisations,
like NAMBLA,
will spring up in Britain. They will say that there is no way to regulate
or control it
currently, so why not put it under government mandate. Then will come,
as has
already occured in the United States, laws to protect it and prosecute
those who
resist this new 'pragmatic approach' to these evils.
WORLD
WEALTH AND CURRENCY;

Riba and Jewish (Zionist) Manipulation
What would happen if one of us were
to take the currency of the United States or
even Britain to the bank, and upon arrival ask for its value in
gold? If the teller did
not laugh directly in your face, it may be the case that he/she would
tell you that
he/she is not able to do that, due to the fact that the United States
(or British)
currency has not been on the gold reserve for more than 25 years.
Down trodden, you would have to take your currency, which you now
know is
inflated like a balloon and worth nothing more than the dust in your
pocket and
slink out of the bank before the snickers of laughter surrounded you.
But how
would you know unless you ask? Many people in these two rich
countries do not
know this. Infact, they would be surprised to find that their money
is being used in
the largest casino on Earth, the stock market. And to know that they
could lose
all or take a little something home would be a shock
to a great many of the
working mans community.
But this is the reality that we are facing in this day and time. One
institution,
originally started for the common good of the United States citizens
has actually
grown into a financial octopus, stretching its wretched tentacles
across the Earth
and choking into submission all of the other worlds currencies
until they give up the
gold reserve. The only ones to valiantly resist this death grasp have
been
Switzerland and now the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the former having
a gold
standard and the latter not dealing with any currency at the moment,
but rather,
hard commodities.
But the former is being pursued constantly by a Mr. Alan Greenspan
to join the
prosperous nations who have currency that is little more
than kindling for the
camp fires. There is most certainly a machinery behind this awful turn
of events.
There is an institution that is responsible for giving the worlds
populace this false
sense of security. That institution is the Federal Reserve Bank.
Federal Reserve Bank History
It was the year 1923, on the day of December 23 when the then President
Woodrow Wilson signed in to law the Federal Reserve Act. The objective
of this
act was to
1. Take the power of money out of the hands of small banks that were
either
supervised or owned by the public and putting them into the hands of
private
owners.
2. To centralise the entire banking system making it responsible to
a handful (60 to
be exact) of private investors and owners, who to this day still remain
anonymous.
3. to slowly eliminate the gold reserve from the population.
4. To exercise control and dominance over economies.
5. To use economic crashes and recessions
to bring those who rebel in line with
the desires of those controlling the currency (s).
But before we talk about four and five, we need to take about 1-3,
which made it
possible for 4 and 5 to take place. The excuse that was given by President
Woodrow Wilson for this act, which would place the power of the United
States
economy in the hands of a few powerful Jewish brokers, was to do the
following,
1) Constant rising interest rates
2) Seasonal interest rate increases
3) Liquidity crises and the famous bank runs that we hear
of in history
More of their intentions becomes clear in the preamble to the Act
where they say
that the purpose of the Federal Reserve is to provide for the
establishment of
Federal Reserve banks, to furnish an ELASTIC CURRENCY, to afford means
of
RE-discounting paper, to establish a more effective SUPERVISION of banking
in
the United States, and for OTHER purposes.
The signing in of the Federal Reserve Act was to bring the panacea
of centralisation
to the so-called unstable condition of the National Banking System.
But was this
paradise really achieved. No, not at all for the common man. What resulted
as a
series of moves so sinister that the serious researcher of them can
only look in
horror and shout, Subhaanallah either out of grief, surprise
or fear.
One of the first moves to secure numbers 1-3 of the five points above
was to
station 12 Federal Banks (including the one that is currently in Richmond,
Virginia)
around the country as places of deposit for the required reserves that
had been
established for the original banks in New York City and other localities.
The next dramatic move outlined in the act was the rule requiring
that private banks
(at the time, these so-called private banks were held by owners that
we knew and
saw, from the community and public life. It was not unknown for the
people in the
neighbourhood to know who owned to bank up the street 50 years ago)
hold
reserves directly in a Federal Reserve bank.
The force in this act resulted in great consequences. The reserves
once held in the
hands of the public in trusted banks went into this shadow Federal Reserve.
No
one knew who was behind it, or exactly how much this bank had or what
it was
doing with the reserves. Strangers came to handle the money of the general
public.
Those who grew up and knew the tellers and employees at their bank by
their first
names were now surprised to find strangers in their place, asking for
their
identification and account number.
The most important power given the new central bank, however, was
the authority
to issue currency and to create bank reserves at least partly independently
of the
nations monetary gold reserves.
What this meant was that the Fed Reserve could issue currency even
without the
governments permission, in addition to the fact that they could
print it completely
independent from the government, thus the FRB was autonomous from the
United
States government. You may say, however, But brother, they also
had to match it
with the gold reserves. This is true and not true.
The Fed could create currency and reserves as long as the Federal
Reserve banks
kept a minimum 40 percent gold reserve against Federal Reserve notes,
which
were paper currency, and a 35 percent gold reserve against deposits
held by
private banks at Federal Reserve banks.
What this did, is it slowly devalued the power of gold, for the monetary
units were
no longer being matched directly with the gold reserve, but some 60
percent of the
currency in circulation was not being backed by any gold. This is when
this so
called floating currency began. This was currency that has no gold to
back it, thus it
is as worthless as a third eye for a blind man.
These gold reserves in the meantime made the FRB respect the gold
reserve, even
if with insolence, outwardly, but inwardly the war against hard currency
with value
was on. Although the gold reserve was to be respected, when the FRB
plan began,
the gold reserve was so large that the requirements for the FRB to have
atleast
40% in gold to back the currency could not be enforced nor monitored,
due to the
fact that FRB was now in control of the currency, its printing
and its distribution.
So while the FRB had to maintain a quasi-respect for the gold reserve,
they were
slowly removing the respect for gold and flooding the market with unbacked
currency. This happened due to the fact that no one could control the
amount of
notes issued nor the amount of bank reserve deposits that could be created
by the
FRB without monitoring them, which was forbidden by law.
Why still to this day, the FRB is the only institution in the United
States that issues
no tax return for itself, nor does it issue its earnings. And
this is the institution that
creates currency and is in charge of reporting oversights and the like.
The next problem that the FRB had to taken was the peoples confidence
in the
presence of the gold standard. Before the FR Act, people were accepting
of the
gold reserve as a measure against their currency, and later we will
cover why this is
the case.
But this had to change in order for the peoples confidence to
be shifted from that
of the gold reserve to the FRB, which is why in the FR Act, there is
no listing for a
strategy or mandate for resisting deflation or inflation rates. What
happened is that
the FRB was given power over these actions. This might need further
elaboration
to understand the evil being perpetrated.
Earlier, the gold is what was used to bring order to and balance inflation
and
deflation. However, the FRB was given control over INFLATION and
DEFLATION, which means they had the power to CAUSE inflation or deflation
when they saw fit. This is why the control, printing and distribution
of money was
handed to them. The ups and downs of the economy that used to happen
due to
the fluctuating value of gold came to be something engineered by wicked
men in an
office room over coffee and doughnuts.
The hope of the Jewish bankers behind the FRB was that the United
States could
be taken off of the gold reserve before or in the year 1914. However,
when World
War I came, this objective was not met, so the plan for the establishment
of the
FRB had to wait. Thus from 1914-1923, the U.S. remained on the gold
reserve,
much to the chagrin of some highly influential people in positions of
power. But their
patience proved to be wise, for they realised their plan in the FR Act
that we
mentioned above.
This happened due to a Jewish-friendly president who was outwitted
by a Jewish
lobby and plenty of graphs and pie-charts predicting disaster for the
United States
unless the president brought in this conspiratorial and controversial
institution.
But the war, which was in the first place started by the child of
Israel to set in place
the final blows to finish the Islamic Khilaafa, which at that time was
the largest
institution that had a full gold currency that was based on gold matching
every coin
of currency. This had to be removed in order for the Jews to realise
their objective.
For in that time, if the Jewish brokers had said that gold reserves
no longer work,
someone would have rejoined, What of the Muslims, then? They match
every coin
of their currency with gold standard, and they dont have hardly
any inflation. Thus
the defense had to be eliminated before the argument could be submitted.
At the end of WWI in 1919, the United States had accumulated a large
deficit.
This deficit gave the FRB, established in 1923, the ability to use its
powers for
what we had mentioned above. People were so concerned about the United
States
falling into disrepair, that the emergency FR Act was not
read over with
thoroughness by the general public. Thus that which took place above
was given
legitimacy to take place due to necessity.
From that point on, inflation continued to go up, even with the promises
outlined
above for eliminating quick rises in inflation. It may be asked, How
could inflation
rise after the war when wars are supposed to be good for economies arent
they?
This is true, but after the war, there is a clean up effort that also
must be done. And
some of this clean up is economic, if there was military co-operation
that was done.
There are also debts to be payed on fuel that was used, bullets shot,
rifles fired,
uniforms worn and used and shoes that are worn on the battle field.
These things indeed caught up with the United States. There is also
the reality that
those people employed during the war to replace those workers absent
and
overseas in war are no longer required upon the arrival of the original
job holders
from overseas.. Thus unemployment also goes on the rise. Due to unemployment,
people turn to alcohol and drugs, which in turn leads to crime, children
born out of
wedlock and rape for women who do not consent their bodies to sexual
predators.
But the FRB allowed the economy to stay reasonably stable and actually
cushioned
the United States fragile economy. But this favour was not out
of good will. During
this time, the FRB was preparing for its most dramatic power move.
From the
years 1919-1929, massive amounts of money, much more than that which
the gold
reserve could keep up with was created, printed and distributed in the
population.
This would later bring inflation, but for the time being, the FRB
kept inflation rates
low and gave loans at a low rate of interest. But when 1929 came, the
moment of
infamy was upon the United States, and indeed the rest of the globes
economies
who were also coherts with the 60 criminals in the FRB who would come
to only
be known as the wise elders.
An incredible crash in the United States economy occurred. So serious
was it, that
people were rioting, stealing and selling any and everything. Some people
buried
money in the back yard of their houses to keep it safe. No one knew
what would
happen from one day to the next. After that, the former generously lowered
interest
rates soured, houses were foreclosed on, businesses that went bankrupt
absorbed
and further banking institutions became privatised. The FRB had struck
and with
that fatal blow had sealed the fate of the gold reserve as well as those
who would
put their confidence in it.
Benjamin Strong, the then governor of the FRB branch in New York then
brought
up the gold standard above its minimum so that it appeared that
the gold was
further being matched with the currency. However this was only a smoke
screen,
for while the gold reserves went up, large portions of it were being
sold to private
buyers, for example, the Rothschild family. Purchases such as these
from powerful
private individuals came to be what was called a security purchase.
This was
done to keep things in check.. What happened is that the gold policy
was slowly
stepping out of the picture.
Through the United States worst depression, the FRB and those associated
with it
became more wealthy than many people could imagine. All of this took
place in the
space of 7-10 years in the 1920s. Thus most of the U.S. and worlds
gold supply
would go into private collection in a matter of years. But how? This
is how. In the
early 1920s, the international gold standard was deflated and
the prices in gold
fell, making it easy to buy. This makes sense, due to the fact that
the private buyers
of it could then set the prices for whoever they wanted to sell it to
next.
Other private buyers would buy from them and over time, the gold standard
would
be spread among these brokers and purchasers. Thus, when the gold went
on the
market for sale, extremely wealthy people would acquire the gold wealth
of an
entire country.
And when the time came, the FRB and its allies struck, devalueing
gold and
keeping the U.S. on hard times for quite some time. Inflation began
to steadlily rise
with the creation of more and more currency and the disappearance of
more and
more gold all of the way into the 1960s. The U.S. dollar and all
of the worlds
major currencies had been linked to the gold standard under an agreement
known
as the Bretton Woods System (a system formed again, yes by Jews), which
took
place in the town of Bretton Woods in New Hampshire after WWII.
Under the terms of the agreement, the U.S. had pledged to maintain
convertibility
of the dollar into gold at $35 per ounce. But with the constant purchasing
of gold
and the spinning out of control of the economy, the gold reserve was
eliminated.
This was due to the fact that the FRB lowered the interest rates and
let the people
have their fun in the 1920s, but when the people had overspent
and had
overstepped their bounds, FRB made their move with their allies.
After the 1920s, the FRB lost its benevolent demeanour
and began to take steps
to consolidate its hold on the U.S. and worlds economies.
But there were others that did try to save the gold reserve for they
understood
what the tactics of the FRB entailed. But their efforts were too futile
and too late.
The BWS would be disintegrated in 1973, putting an end to a gold reserve
and
making the dollar and most of the worlds other currencies empty
notes of promise.
Some people, after looking over this, may still be wondering about
the three
promises that they made in their speech above. Those can be answered
simply.
The promises were merely a deception, just as much as the signing of
the bill to
give the FRB power was a dark and evil deception.
As far as the constant rising of interest rates, this was not the
case. Interest would
rise indeed, but the standard would match that. Inflation would come
a reality when
the prices in gold fluctuated. But there had never been a crash in the
entire time that
the reserve system was in use. And those who are supporters of FRB are
hard
pressed to bring any documentation of a gold crash akin
to that of the one in
1929, courtesy of the FRB.
As far as liquidity, this would come when there was a lose of confidence
by the
public in the currency. This came from printing too much currency and
off setting
the gold. When this came, there would be a run on the bank, which means
that the
people would ask for their money back in gold. Under the reserve system,
people
would receive just that, which would give them the ability to buy when
paper
currency had fallen in the peoples eyes.
With gold, the people had a precious metal that they could buy food
and other
items with that would never lose confidence from the people. For who
would
refuse gold nuggets. But the FRB stopped this safety measure and effectively
robbed the people. What happened when the gold standard was lost in
1973 and it
became illegal to possess gold nuggets and solid gold brick for personal
use by the
populous was that there was only paper.
Thus when the great crash occurred, the people were greeted with only
more
paper currency. And for even more humiliation, they were only given
10% pf what
was originally in their account. Why? The FRB had brought through new
legislation
that only gave the one who fell upon hard times in an economic crash
or a bank
robbery a meager 10% of what was in their account. Thus one having wealth
grossing $100,000 in the bank, in a economic crisis would not receive
its value in
gold, nor even its full amount. Rather, he would receive $10,000
in the same
currency that he is trying to get rid of in his time of need for solid
commodities.
But where is the gold? With the private purchasers and buyers who
hoard it in
basements and vaults, for example the Rothschilds who value it every
day in
London at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
All of this brings to mind what Allah had said about this people.
And who are the
people behind this horror. It is the Children of Israel, who we have
long been
warned against in the Book of Allah. Listen to the chilling prophecy
that Allah
delivers to the believers,
And We have ordained for the Children of Israel in the Book:
You will do
corruption in the Earth twice and you will become very oppressive and
arrogant.
So when the promise came for the first of the two, We sent against you
Our slaves
who were inclined to terrible warfare. They entered the most inner portions
of your
homes, and the promise was fulfilled. And We gave you a victory over
them. And
We helped you with wealth and children and caused you to increase in
power.
Then we said, If you do good, it is for your ownselves. And if
you do evil, it is
against yourselves, Surat ulIsraa, ayaat 4-7.
Thus this is the first time that the Jews had rebelled against Allah,
in which the
Babylonians came and the Jews were taken into captivity. This was one
of the
disasters for the Jews. But Allah gave them victory after some time.
But the main
point was that they indeed did do mischief in the Earth. But let us
now read what
the second prophecy mentions,
Then, when the second promise was fulfilled, We caused your
enemy to disgrace
your faces and enter the Masjid (alAqsa) as they did before and to level
and
destroy completely all that came into their hands, Surat ulIsraa,
ayah 7.
But the second part of the prophecy is still continuing. The Jews
are still dong
mischief in the Earth. The question is, how long will we wait and look
on as they do
their evil, mocking the signs of Allah and using the natural resources
and economies
of this planet like their own private business. Just think of it brothers
and sisters.
The Jews gave us the paper and tin to hold, and we gave them all of
our gold to
keep, store and spend. Who indeed is not using their brain in these
days and times?

JIHAD
IN THE QURAN;
'Jihad Is
Prescribed For You'
The subject of Jihad has ben discussed
with particular emphasis and in
considerable detail in the Quran. There is consensus of opinion amongst
researchers of the Quran, that no other particular action has been stated
in such
great detail as Jihad. Allah has revealed many Surahs (chapters) in the
Quran
primarily to guide the Believers towards this path. The subject of Jihad
has been
expressed in many different ways, in numerous verses of the Quran. The
verses
explain in detail the clear objective and benefits of Jihad. The status
of the Mujahid
is honoured in the Quran and there are many verses which warns of the
dangers of
leaving Jihad. There is such great emphasis of this subject, that some
commentators
and scholars of the Quran have remarked that the topic of the Quran is
Jihad.
The terminology of 'Jihad-Fi-Sabilillah,' which means Jihad in the
path of Allah, has
been used in the Quran 26 times and the specific word Qital, which means
fighting,
used in the context of fighting in the path of Allah, is mentioned in
the Quran 79
times.
There are whole Surahs in the Quran, which have been revealed, expalining
the
ruling and virtues of Jihad and admonishing those leaving Jihad; Such
as Surah
Anfaal (Also known as Surah Badr) consisting of 10 Rukus and Surah Bara'ah,
which consists of 16 Rukus.
The Surah Baqarah, Nisa, and Maidah have large sections on the topic
of Jihad
and in Surah Hadid, the weapons of Jihad is detailed. There are Surahs
which are
named after battles, such as Surah Ahzaab (Trenches), Qital (Fighting),
Fath
(Victory) and Saff (Rows). The title of these Surahs clearly illustrates
the subject
matter of Jihad.
In Surah Adiyat, and oath has been take on the horses of the Mujahideen
and
further in Surah Nasr, worldwide revolution and the spreading of Islam
has been
mentioned through Jihad.
The truth is that a Muslim who reads the Quran with devotion is determined
to
reach the battlefield in order to attain the reality of Jihad.
It is solely for this reason that the Kuffar conspire to keep the
Muslims far away
from this understanding of the Quran, knowing that Muslims who understand
the
Quran, will not distance themselves from Jihad.
