At
long last! A selection of craft books with a Celtic Pagan twist!
Below you'll find stencils for your bedroom border or around your
alter top, cross stitch and needle point patterns to embellish your
robe trims or alter cloths (or heck, even your living room curtains),
Celtic wrapping paper and basket weaving, and recipes for scented
candles and soaps, among other things. I'm still searching for pagan
related craft books other than Celtic, but apparently no one has
thought to write a book on Grecian handywork. Perhaps I should compile
one of my own. What do you think?
Anyway,
please peruse our selection of craft books, and as always, check
in frequently for more additions, and if you don't see it here,
let me know. I'll see what I can do. And if you do know where there
might be some good books on other pagan religions, please let me
know.
Thanks! Athena

I've always wanted to learn basket weaving. I think this would be
a great way to learn a craft and something about my Celtic heritage.
Don't you?

Animals Charted Designs (Dover Needlework Series)
I love cross stitch. It's so relaxing. Now if only I had the time
to do some... This is a great book of patterns. I'm thinking a robe,
with a hem all in silver and gold stitch, with a nice knotwork design
at the bottom... what are those griffon-looking things? Dogs, they
say? Dogs were a bit more ferocious looking in Britiania, weren't
they?

I love all sorts of calligraphys, writing techniques, fancy pens
and papers... This book is for anyone like me, who likes to record
the facts on paper, keep a fancy Book of Shadows, or just send fancy
letters to thier friends.

Quilts : A New Look for Ancient Designs
There's nothing like curling up with a nice quilt on a cool winter
eve, with a cup of hot cider and the one you love. And even nicer,
if it's a lovely quilt you've made yourself.
