 TOLMACH was set up in
September 1998 as a virtual office of the Russian family
in Khabarovsk, Russian Far East.
Our business experience goes back into 1992, when we
established Translators & Interpreters Agency
"International Business Services - IBS".
Managing of our own small business and cooperation with
national and foreign companies gave us a good knowledge
of the local busness envornment and good ties.
We provide the following
services:
 Notaried written translation of
corporation documents, business plans, feasibily studies,
financial, investments, legal documents, import and
export certifications, manuals for imported technologies
and equipment, and many others. For written translations
we use computer program Stylus, which allows creation of
specific dictionaries.
Preparation of documents, sumultaneous and consecutive
interpretation at international conferences, symposiums
and events, like regional investment conferences,
training of Immigration Service officers, cources of GAAP
for Russian bank managers, and many others.
Translations and consulting to foreign specialists in the
Far East, like preparation of feasibility study,
installation of equipment and technologies, and etc.
Solving of different legal problems in local and federal
authorities, like "We soften harsh Russian
invironment for you".
Russian crisis in 1998 gave us impetus to concentrate
efforts on develoment of business in Internet. Alexander
studied Internet design, graphic and promotion. This site
is the result of his work, only. In this way, we offer
creation, promotion and hosting of your Cirrilic Web
Pages.
Education.
Tanya is graduate
of the Moscow Instutute of Law and worked as a teacher of
criminal law in the Far Eastern Police Academy. In 1993
she received diploma of Russian accountant, and since
that time manages our finance and books. She also has
cetificates of stock broker, typist, computer user and,
as you may understand, speaks good English. In 1997 Tanya
was elected as Chief of Khabarovsk District Bar. She
dresses to kill, but also is a good cook.
Alexander has two degrees: Civil Construtional Engineer
and Lawyer. In 1992 he retired as a qualified law
enforcement officer and started our family business.
Study of foreign languages is Alexander's hobby, and he
uses a special system for that. Alexander has good
knowledge of English, Spanish, understands Japanese.
Also, he works on computer graphic design, creation and
promotion of our Web Site.
We
have two children, 17 years old daghter Olga and 4 years
old son Sasha.
