This is our Barman, Meņo.
He has been working at the Fonda for almost 20
years. Besides being an all around
great guy, Meņo fixes the best Margaritas
in Mexico. No contest. His hand has the
divine touch few Bartenders posses. A large
part of the recent success of the Fonda has
to be attributed to him. Not only is he
limited to making great Margaritas. His Piņa
Coladas, Sangrias, Bools, Martinis and
assorted drinks are a credit to his
profession. He also makes the famous Sangrita
chaser for Tequila from scratch. Personally
grinding the peppers in his "Molcajete"
(mortar) by hand and adding his own secret
ingredients.
