Kitchen

This is our world famous Chef Felix. Or as we call them in Mexico, "Mayoras". She arrived at the Fonda when it was only 2 years old. That means 42 years of uninterrupted service. She can literally cook with her eyes closed. Notice how she still likes to use earthware for her dishes. "If you cook it in pots and pans" she claims, "it's not the same, the flavor changes." I, for one, believe her. I figure she knows exactly what she is talking about.
