Knite Enterprises LLC's GOAL: DISCLOSURE PROCEDURE EXPLAINED

Welcome to KNITE ENTERPRISES LLC. My name is Larry Eugene , Chief Executive Officer. Knite Enterprises LLC's goal is to orient the independent inventor to the intellectual property protection process;

(a)-Knite Enteprises LLC will hereafter be referred to as K.E.
(b)-Individual Inventor will hereafter be referred to as inventor
(c)-Intellectual property will hereafter be referred to as IP

K.E. will do this by illustrating to the inventor how to protect their own (IP) Intellectual Property. The inventor will then be shown where they fit into the process inorder to orient the inventors to what he/she needs to know to make an informed decision regarding doing business with K.E. Our instruction booklet is a no non-scense, straight forward set of instructions written for the sole purpose of communication - no legal jargon !
