HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS MADE DIRECTLY BY US
Hotel Accommodations for visitors living over 60 miles from San Antonio will be provided FREE on the basis of double occupancy per room or per family of four as determined by Registration requirements. A great chance to either spend some extra time with an associate or to meet a new friend.
FREE Hotel reservations provided for four (4) nights, but we must have registrations as early as possible. Conference participants will not be booked directly by the hotel.
Spouses, Family, and Single Hotel Accommodations Attendees bringing their wife and up to two children may use a double occupancy room at an additional total cost of $220 for the four (4) nights of the conference. Individuals not wishing to share a double occupancy may do so at an additional cost of $220 for the conference period.
