Ex-personnel director, 94

Eva B. Young of Denver, a former personnel director, died April 24, 1995.  A memorial service was April 27 at Moore-Howard Mortuary.  She was born February 28, 1901, in Pittsburg.  On April 5th, 1923 she married John B.M. Young in Denver.  He is deceased.  Mrs. Young graduated from Denver East High School.  She was a personnel director for Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church.  John and Eva had a son John B.M. Young Jr who preceded Eva in death.  Eva was survived by a sister Nellie Pierce, Aurora, CO three grandchildren and 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Contributions to Central Presbyterian Church.

Note on ancestry of Eva: Eva was a member of the sixth generation on her mother's paternal line to live in North America. Among the nine Scott/Dalgity descendant lines she was a member of the 2nd Pittsburgh Line founded by    Thomas Forester Scott & Martha Taylor who had seven children.
