This card can mean that the person is dealing with issues incorrectly, or is refusing to look at a situation properly. It can mean that they are going on the wrong track and this card is often a good warning card when seen as it can indicate that the manner in which the person was thinking of doing something is not the best way.
The major arcana card of this is the chariot. This indicates that the person is on the wrong path or on a path that will lead them to problems and troubles.
