Responsible JC is the unspoken chief of N*Sync. he takes his role very seriously and is always keeping an eyes on the other guys in the band. If they're all partying, JC makes sure everyone goes to bed before it gets too late, and he makes sure they're eating right when they're on the road. He's also the leader when it comes to band issues. "Usually we agree, but if we don't, we talk it out....Once we come to a decision, we back it up completely," Says JC
On the Flip side, being the boss of N*Sync takes its toll on JS. Mr. Casual has a reputation as a sleep lover- the other guys joke around that JC grew up too fast now just wanted to sleep all day!

JC got his start on Disney's Mickey Mouse CLub, and it's a time in his life he will never forget! "I would say that is was the experience of a lifetime. We got to do all spectrums of the business, not just singing and dancing, but acting too. It's something that will be with us for the rest of our lives."
