Joey started performing at age ten, when he starred as Pinocchio in a school play. He's real natural on stage, and he credits his father as his biggest influence. His school play career continued in Macbeth, Guys and Dolls, and Damn Yankees. At Universal studios, Joey even played the Wolf man in the "Beetlejuice" shows! All that experience helped gain the confidence to be as comfortable as he appears on stage. It also helped his attitude!

"I'm always Happy" says Mr. Flirt, "I'm the happy-go-lucky one of the band. If someone's down, I try to get them in a good mood- that's my charm! I have to look on the bright side of everything."

One thing that's obvious when you look at Joey is that he's a huge fan of Superman. He always sporting Superman jewelry or clothing. "I am completely covered in Superman Stuff," says Joey laughing. Even the man of Steel; would be impressed with Joey's dance moves and smooth vocals.
