ADVERTISING INSTRUCTIONS
Our free advertising service is open to anyone with property
for sale anywhere in the Philippines. You may submit a maximum of 5 real estate properties for sale. Your ad can be active for a minimum
period of 2 months to a maximum of 6 months upon your advice. If
we do not receive any advise regarding the period of your ad, this will
automatically be active for only 2 months. You may resubmit the same ad after the expiration date
or inform us of an extension. If there are changes or typographical errors,
please inform us immediately. The ads are updated every week.
Please do not duplicate existing ads. We reserve the right
to delete any advertisement anytime without prior notice to the listing broker
or owner.
Please be as complete and accurate as possible in filling
up the REAL ESTATE ADVERTISING FORM. If
you have numerous listings in the same location, just specify the minimum
and maximum range of area and price. Skip questions that are not applicable.
And double-check your info before submitting.
