Personally Drafted Documents
The documents can be viewed using any Microsoft
Word compatible program. A dialogue box should appear (if you have
that feature enabled) prompting you to select an action -- choose "Open this
file now." Some browsers will do this automatically.
 | Initial Memorandum This is the
memo sent to Bob Watkins. The purpose was to create a document that
offered my project proposal and objectives to the MHCC Board of Trustees.
It is in "proposal" format, and might be the one sent to actual school
officials in the future. |
| Student Survey Questions
I tried to incorporate as many questions that seemed relevant to the
topic, but also tried to limit the depth of questions. I was advised
that in order to achieve a more "professional" outcome from the survey
that I should avoid leading the students to a particular conclusion based
on my line of questioning. In
the gist at the top of the survey there is info regarding some of the main
pros and cons of the project. |
| Letter to Instructors
This is the letter that will be given to instructors at MHCC detailing the
purpose of the survey, and other instructions to the teachers for
retrieval of the surveys. |
