Beef Patty:

       (Regular hamburgers, Quarter Pounder® , Big Mac® ) 100% pure USDA inspected beef; no additives, no fillers, no extenders.

Crispy Chicken Breast Fillet:

       Boneless skinless chicken breast fillet with rib meat containing up to 19.5% of a solution of water, seasoning (salt, spices and spice extractive), sodium phosphates. Battered and breaded with wheat flour, water, modified corn starch, salt, spice, dried egg white, wheat gluten, and leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate). Breading set in vegetable oil. Fish Fillet Patty:

       Pollock or Hoki, bleached wheat flour, water, modified corn starch, yellow corn flour, d extrose, salt, yeast, cellulose gum, natural flavoring (vegetable source). Cooked in partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, (may contain partially hydrogenated soybean oil and/or partially hydrogenated corn oil and/or partially hydrogenated canola oil and/or cottonseed oil and/or sunflower oil and/or corn oil). Grilled Chicken Breast Fillet:

       Boneless, skinless chicken breast filets with rib meat containing: up to 12% of a solution of water, seasoning [salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, spices, whey, flavor (maltodextrin, natural flavors (vegetable source), dextrose, monosodium glutamate), partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils, Romano cheese [Romano cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride], nonfat dry milk, disodium phosphate], parmesan cheese powder [enzyme modified parmesan cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, calcium chloride), nonfat dry milk, disodium phosphate], xanthan gum, cheese flavor [dehydrated cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes), maltodextrin, autolyzed yeast extract], extractives citric acid, soybean oil and sodium phosphates.

Sharp Pasteurized Processed American Cheese (slice):

       Cultured milk, water, cream, sodium citrate, salt, sodium aluminum phosphate, sorbic acid (preservative), sodium phosphate, cheese culture, artificial color, acetic acid, enzymes, lecithin.

Regular & Quarter Pounder Buns:

       Enriched bleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, iron, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean oil), yeast. Contains less than 2 percent or less salt, wheat gluten, calcium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ascorbic acid, azodicarbomide, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, corn flour, soy flour, calcium peroxide, mono- and diglycerides, propionic acid, phosphoric acid, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, wheat flour, silicon dioxide, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, fungal enzymes, calcium propionate (as a preservative), sesame seeds on the Quarter Pounder Bun.

Big Mac Buns:

       Enriched bleached wheat flour (malted barley flour, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, iron, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, vegetable oil (partially hydrogenated soybean, corn, canola, and/or cottonseed). Contains 2% or less of salt, wheat gluten, malted barley flour, alpha amylase, mono- and diglycerides, propionic acid, phosphoric acid, calcium sulfate, ammonium chloride, monocalcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, azodicarbomide, corn flour, soy flour, potato flour, calcium peroxide, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, silicon dioxide, sodium steryol 2 lactylate, fungal enzymes, emulsifiers, sodium or calcium propionate (as a preservative), sesame seeds.
