I am Lily
Li, a Chinese student at
HES Amsterdam School of Business, I like to study at HES
very much because HES is an international school, we have
student from all over the world and we help each other here, i
can feel the family atmasphere around me all the time.
This is my first experience in studying abroad and staying
abroad for such a long period. but i don't feel very homsick,
i get so many friends around and i feel quite satisfied with
the current situation and i really learned a lot from the people
around me.
Since we have different education system which in China, at
the first beginning i can not adapt myself to the new environment
very well, i came across lots of difficulties i had never imagined.
But after I got to know my fellow students, i started to talk
to them then i found out that in HES, we always consider people
as a group instead of an inividual. For example: we have a lot
of assignments to do which give students a group atmosfhere
to work in and this is the main part of the study life here.
now i found out that this is a very good way to teach student,
since we have to work with all kinds of people when we start
our carrer, it's very important to establish a team work idea
from now, the best thing of team work is: we can always find
some good idea by discuss with each other.
