“And one time we walked into our dressing room and there were those girls sitting in there, all ripped up and everything.” AJ said as he unlocked the door and walked into his apartment. He switched on the lights. She switched them off. “What’d ya do that for?” AJ questioned bemused.
“I don’t know,” Kerry started walking into the room.
“Don’t.....trip.” AJ start to as she tripped over the table. He flipped the light switch. Just then there was a big clap of thunder and the lights went back off. “Shi-shoot!”
Kerry picked herself up off the floor and gave him a look.
“Excuse my almost french. I think the fuse blew.” He looked around. “Here let me lead you over to the couch.” He put his arm around her small waist and he took her and led her to the couch.
She sat down and said, “No TV, no music....”
“Oh well,” AJ cut her off as he put his arms around her and kissed her lips hard. The he slowly deepened the kiss, exploring every inch of her mouth with his tongue, pushing her gently onto her back. His lips ran down her neck until he started sucking on her neck, sending tingles of ecstacy all over her body. She knew she shouldn’t be here, but at that moment it was too wonderful for her to care, until she thought of what AJ was doing.
“AJ stop!” she protested. “I don’t want a hickey. What will Diana say?”
“Do you think I care?” AJ mumbled then continued kissing.
“I..but...ugh...AJ!” She stammered. Then she sighed giving up and letting herself fall back into that wonderful state of mind and body.
“Hey, Bone! The lights aren’t working!” Brian called as he walked into the room.
“I know, the electricity went out.” AJ replied pulling his lips off Kerry’s neck.
“Where are you?” Brian asked.
“Here on the couch.” He reached down and picked up the flashlight and shone it around. “But we’re kind of busy.....”
“Oh,” Brian raised his eyebrows as he looked AJ laying onto of the girl he had met only the night before. “I see. I guess I’ll leave then,” he turned around and walked back out of the room.
AJ went back to furiously kissing the girl he was laying on.
“AJ, baby. The lights aren’t working.”
“So where are we going?” Laura asked Nick.
“Anywhere you want.” Nick replied placing her arm though his.
“I hate to tell you, but I’m not in the mood for anything fancy. They also seem kind of stuffy.”
“I agree. Fast food? Or a little nicer.”
“Fast food is fine. Go though the drive-thru and eat at your house.”
“That sounds great.”
Quickly they drove to McDonalds, grabbed two value meals and ended up at Nick’s house as planned.
“Wow! Your house is awesome. I take it you’re a sports person.” Laura commented noticing the basketball goal.
“Yeah, I would challenge you to a game, but I’m hungry.” Nick smiled as he hurriedly unlocked the front door.
Laura slowly followed him into the living room.
“Come join me!” Nick said patting the cushion beside him. “You don’t get your food if you don’t.”
“Meanie!” Laura yelled jumping beside him. “Hand it over!”
“Yes ma’am!”
“Thank you!”
They laughed and joked as they ate and watched TV. Nick suddenly stole her last french fries.
“No! I wanted those!” She squealed trying to reach across Nick. She put her hand on his should as a brace to reach farther. Nick moved his arm, causing her to slip.
In one motion, Nick wrapped his arms around Laura to stop her fall. He also dropped the captured french fries in the process.
Laura looked at Nick who was now only centimeters away from her. She never noticed how good he looked.
“I thought you hated me?” Nick breathed.
“Things change.” Laura returned as he leaned in to share their first kiss.
AJ quickly pulled up and sat up. “Yea, um, I know.”
“AJ. Where are you?” Diana called out trying to walk over to him.
AJ jumped up off the couch and scrambled over to where Diana had fallen. “You shouldn’t be out in this whether.” He told her picking her up.
“I know, I . . . just stopped by on my way home to ask you a favor,” she said holding on to him. “AJ! You’re sweaty!”
“I’m just wet from the rain. I just came in.” AJ lied. “Now what did you want?”
“I just wanted to ask if you would stay away from Kerry because she’s being a real brat recently and ... and... I don’t want you to get hurt by her.”
“Alright. I’ll take that advice into account.”
Kerry sat angrily on the couch. She just wanted to get up and punch Diana for calling her a brat, but most of all for lying to AJ. Then she realized how much she cared what AJ thought about her.
“Good, because she is such a slut,” Diana was saying. “I don’t want you to be used by her.”
“Alright. I understand that you’re worried about me but I’m worried about you too. I think you need to goon home. You shouldn’t be out in such a storm.”
“Can’t I stay here with you? There’s not going to be home and I”ll be lonely and scared all by myself.” She moved closer to AJ’s body .
He slightly pulled away. “No, baby, you need to go home. I’m really tired.”
“I won’t be any trouble.” She whispered. “We can do whatever you want.”
“Um. . .” AJ fumbled bemused by his lovers.
“And I’m not like Kerry. You don’t have to worry about STD’s or anything.”
“I’m really tired tonight.” AJ said gently leading her to the door. “Maybe later.”
“Well, alright. I’ll go.”
Just then the lights came on. AJ cursed under her breath but Diana didn’t hear it. She was staring at the girl sitting on AJ’s couch.
“Kerry!” Diana gasped. “What are you doing here?”
