The Clot and the Universe:
The following email was sent to me by Faisal Ali; may Allah Almighty always be pleased with him.
Asalam - O - Aliekum,
I just stumbled on something. I could very well be wrong. My observation is
regarding Sura Al-alaq the translation of it
"Read in the name of your Lord Who created. Created man from a clot (of
coagulated blood). Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous." [al-`Alaq
(96):1-3]
In regards to the translation "Created man from a clot" - Suddenly I
recalled a documentary I saw long time ago. It was about how life originated
on earth.
In initial stage of earth formation the atmosphere was largely composed of
hydrogen. At the same time lightening was also striking every where on
earth. Scientist theorized that life originated when lightening interacted
with hydrogen filled atmosphere. This theory was demonstrated in a lab by
filling airtight glass container with hydrogen gas which was struck with
lightening. This process created a red mass which is very similar to "CLOT".
Is this observation worth investigating
