The Joint Council Executive consists of six people who run the Council. They are Guiding and Scouting Co-Chairs, Guiding and Scouting Public Relations, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. The exec hopefuls are nominated at the preceding May Camp and the exec is voted in at the June meeting. (Just one more reason to come to May Camp!) |

| Responsibilities | Their duties include running JC meetings and organizing events. | Their duties include informing the public of upcoming JC events, and distributing information and thank-yous to people who have helped with recent events. | Her duties include taking Roll Call at meetings, writing down the minutes, and reading out the minutes from the last meeting. | His duties include keeping track of the all the money, collecting money, and dispensing money for various events and activities. | ||
Joint Council has two Adult Advisors, from the Scouting side, we have Mr. Gord Kelly. From the Guiding Side, we have Mme. Sue Dube.
Their job is just basically to oversee what happens at meetings, as well as to staff our various events. They are the two most important people in JC and without them, we wouldn't be here. If either of you two read this, THANKS VERY MUCH!!!!
