Scouting and Guiding rules prevail at May Camp as with all Joint Council activities. Please be aware that there will be zero tolerance towards any forms of firearms, alcohol, and drugs. Also, please keep your unsheathed knives and fireworks at home. All units must be responsible to an advisor who is at least 21 years old and must be camped next to that advisor. The names of all attendees must be made known to the Camp Co-Chairs or the JC Advisors by the Thursday BEFORE the camp (18 May, 2000). This will make sure that you are on the lists that the organizers spend a lot of time putting together. In case of sickness or injury that requires medical attention, all attendees (that's youth members and advisors) should make sure that they have their Health Cards with them. |
