The only Condition to Qualify for a LifeTime Warranty
is that you paid full list price for a NEW Ace
Computer,
and that this Computer Price was derived from the
LifeTime New
Computer Price List on this WebSite.
This
Warranty is only a Parts Warranty, and only covers
the Computer, and does not cover any external Input/Output
Devices. All other Warranties do apply in
addition to the LifeTime Warranty, like the OnSite Warranty for 1 year
does apply to all parts of a LifeTime Computer.
Of course, as with all our Warranties, abuse, surges, Lighting, Irresponsible handling, and taking off the Cover of any Part of the Computer or
Input/Output Devices will void any ACE WARRANTY!

your Business or Residence, or the position of the Equipment you purchased from us be located

If the Computer is a used ACE Custom Computer,
a $50.00 Discount per year will be honored for all Warranties Purchased on

If Failure occurs within 1 Year of Purchase, we will come to your location
and repair the Computer at our cost. If we can prove you have
Damaged the Computer through Negligence or Irresponsible handling, this will
void the 1 Year ON-SITE Warranty. Each ACE Computer comes with
a ACE CASE WARRANTY SEAL, if this seal is broken for any reason, this will
void the 1Year ON-SITE Warranty. All New Computers must be Surge Protected

Installation, and 1 Hour of Instruction for Computers Installed in the Tri-County
South Florida Area. For
those of you that live outside this area, we still will honor our Warranty,
and pay for all shipping and handling to return the Computer to you after

but you must pay shipping to us via UPS or FEDEX, and you must pay for insurance

you miss 2 or more payments, your

What is a NAME BRAND or PROPRIETARY
COMPUTER??
It's the type you can buy at the big department
and discount stores. They are ones you are used to hearing about on
the TV, Radio, Magazines, and in the Newspaper, and they are usually about
the same price as a clone, but you pay a BIG PRICE when it comes to them
lasting for years, or when it comes to changing anything or upgrading them.
You see, they make the parts, (the few that there are), so that you can only
buy them from them, therefore they have a monopoly on you and those parts,
and so they jack the price up 6 to 10 times what you would pay for a normal
clone part!!
How can you tell it's a NAME BRAND
or PROPRIETARY COMPUTER??
Well, one way is by the NAME BRAND, but a more
Technical way to tell is to look at the back of the Computer!!
If you know what a Connection for a Devices is,
you will find them all in one line, either at the bottom of the Computer on
the back, or on the side on the back. What does this mean?
This means that the Parallel Port, 2 Serial Ports, 2 USB Ports, Mouse Connector,
Keyboard Connector, Video Connector, Game Port Connector, Sound Connectors,
are all on one Board, the MAIN BOARD, the most expensive part, and the Brain
of the Computer. This has all these things as part of the Brain
of the Computer, and if one of these stops functioning, or it has a problem,
you might as well buy a new computer, as they are going to charge almost
as much for that board as you paid for the whole computer, and in some cases,
MORE!!!
What is a CLONE COMPUTER??
It's the type usually you have never heard of,
but if you walked into a large Call Center or Corporation,
where they have thousands of Computers &
Operators working 24/7, you will most likely find Clones, because
Clones cost about the same initially, but over
time, they cost very little to maintain, because most of the Devices
connect to separate circuit boards which can
be replaced when that part or function fails. Also all those
circuit
boards are made by lots of vendors which are
in competition with each other, so these parts are always VERY
