Before the dawn of time, predating Christ, Odin, Allah and the Goddess, lived the great tribe of Lordes; a race whose dominion was the creation of all forces that govern man. The tribe of Lordes has long since faded into legend, only the prophecy remains. The ancient scrolls tell of the resurrection of the Circle of the Five Lordes: Fire, Wind, Thunder, Lightening and Feces. When their forces unite, through the Ritual of the Five-Pointed Circle the fulfillment of the prophecies shall commence. The prophecies tell of the arrival of five mortals, human manifestations of the Circle of the Five Lordes. The Five will ensure the prophecies come to pass as foretold, by completing the following tasks:
The late pastor Dean Robert Zimmer, of the Dark Church of Whatever, was both a guardian and teacher, as his father and his father before him. The Pastor was blessed with visions of the Truth. After an extended session of meditation and flagellation the Pastor forebode the return of the tribe of the Lordes and became obsessed with his quest for the five mortal descendents of the tribe. Roaming far and wide in vain, his pursuit was realized only upon his return to the homeland, there's no place like home. At last, the Pastor was able to recognize and gather the five mortal descendents of the tribe of Lordes. Taking it upon himself the Pastor began mentoring the Five in the Ways. Many years of self-sacrifice followed, but with the coming of age, the Five were ready. As predestined by the prophecy, the Five were gathered for the ritual of the five-pointed circle. Upon completion of this ancient ritual, a portal to the dark realm opened, thereby freeing the latent souls of the ancient Lordes, allowing them to pass into our realm and manifest themselves in the mortal husks of the chosen Five. On that day the Five begat One and the One henceforth was known as Zimmer’s Hole. |
