Text Box: Spring is now behind us and summer is underway. Seeding is finished and it is now time for haying and silaging. Around most of Provost and area there has been a fair amount of rainfall that is getting the crops off to a good start.
One thing that is weighing on everyone’s mind in the cattle industry is the effects of BSE and how all cattle producers are affected . The effects that one cow has had on our industry is unbelievable. Many producers are discouraged, but it is not time to give up yet. We will pull through this and the border will open up soon, we hope.

This will Text Box: help us decide what we need to do next to have a complete picture of the ground water situation in the area.
