One of the best boots I have. I rate this boot higher than ARLO and
ARDO. It is more like the Donington 2 CD set. It probably is the same
show anyway. (This was released way before the Donington 2 CD set.)

NOTES:
This is a very cunning (counterfeit) bootleg, it's done so well that they
even managed to fool me! :)
After I acquired an official Piece Of Mind picture disc though, I made a
thorough comparison and here are the results:
-The Original has a slightly lighter and more purpleish colour, also the
picture on the bootleg appears to be very slightly enlarged;
-On the original the catalog number engraved in the run-off area of side A
is SEAX-1-12306 and there are small engravings saying: "MASTERED BY CAPITOL",
also the number "62" is engraved in said area, the B side looks the same, except
from a small difference in the catalog number, being here SEAX-2-12306.
The bootleg is quite different in this respect though, side A has the following
engravings: IMPOM-B A (where the B has been crossed out), side B sais: IMPOM-B;
-The songs on the bootleg have been printed on the wrong sides, i.e. the songs
which are supposed to be printed on side A actually appear on side B and vice
versa, the way they appear in the list above is the way they are actually printed
on the vinyl, and is exactly the other way round as the tracklist on the disc states.
The original doesn't have this problem;
-The original has an oval shaped white sticker, with a blueish circle on the right
side, the sticker sais: "Special Limited Edition Picture Disc Contains the song
CROSS-EYED MARY SEAX-12306 Not included on the Piece Of Mind Album" it also has a
small circle saying: "Printed in USA". This sticker was not present on the sleeve
of the bootleg copy I bought, but might have been counterfeited on other copies too.
Be careful to check these details when someone offers you this disc, once you know
what to look for the bootleg is easily distinguished from the original!

This is what bootlegs are all about. The cover is an official looking
shiny picture from the Powerslave Tour, and it looks like there is the
"Japanese pressing" paper band wrapped around the sleeve, complete
with an EMI catalog id (EMS-67180-81) and Japanese characters, in the
middle of which the words "World Slavery Tour" appear. The funny
part is that the "paper band" is printed on the sleeve. On the back of
the sleeve the overall appearance of a legitimate record persists, the
1985 lineup of the band is listed, and there is a line "Somewhere on
tour 86/87" before the track listing. Only tiny letters on the spine of
the sleeve reveal that the recording is from 1980, with a completely
different line-up. The music is definitely old Maiden, but I wouldn't
bet much money on the date/location being really correct either.
