                             Rex is in custody for the murder of Rachael Newhouse and Andrea Crawford.                                       Rex is among 619 sex offenders in area. Agencies that assisted the San Luis Obispo                                        Police Department in these cases include the Federal Bureau of Investigators                                           California Department of Justice, California Department of Corrections,                                                San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office, and the San Luis Obispo                                                     District Attorney's Office. These cases will be filed in the San Luis                                                     Obispo County Superior Court. Krebs is currently being held in the                                                      San Luis Obispo County Jail pending a hearing for parole violations.
