Subject: The Hot Fudge Sundae Analogy

There has been some complaining about Angel leaving the show for his spin-off and the show losing viewers because of it. Look at it this way. Pretend Buffy the Vampire Slayer is like a hot fudge sundae and Angel is the whipped cream on top of the sundae. Well a lot of people like whipped cream and if you take away the whipped cream then you're missing something good. But you still have the ice cream and hot fudge left. And that's still
really good. Plus Oz is gonna be a regular next season, so that's like adding some chopped nuts on top and Joss is gonna come up with some new stuff to add which would be like adding those chocolate sprinkle thingies (Mmm... chocolate sprinkle thingies). So even though we might have a show without whipped cream, there's still a lot of real good stuff there.
Now if you'll excuse me, I seem to have a sudden urge to go get some ice cream.
