Okay... I've noticed lately, that most of the Gourry, Lina, Amelia, and Zelgadiss fans have this HUGE dislike for Zangulus! This really got my mad. Ooo did it ever get me mad at first! But then I realized... why get mad... when I could spread the wonderful word why NOT to hate this fantastic bounty hunter? So... now, here is my page to all the Zangulus haters who have God knows what against him.
To Fans Of Gourry - Wee... I know most of you guys will be hardest to turn, but please listen! I have nothing against Gourry. I think he's cute, skilled with the sword, and very important to the storyline! Plus, hey, he's funny! But most of you fans aren't as loose and forgiving as your favorite character. I know you don't like him cause "Oh he wants Gourry to die!" and "He thinks his sword is so much better than the Hikaro no Ken!" or maybe even "Gourry's better looking!" Now... okay first of all, he doesn't REALLY want Gourry to die. If he could, in his sense of honor, defeat someone without killing them, I'm sure he would! But in his honor, you always kill a person after winning. (He offers Gourry the option to kill him if any of you remember.) Now another thing... if you had a really cool sword that threw projectiles... at least I know if I had one.. I'd be pretty skippity doo da about it m'self. ^ ^; Everyone has something to be proud of, and for Zangulus it's his swordfighting skill and the Demonic Howling Sword. Don't hold it against him. AND the last issue... WHO REALLY GIVES A FLYING FRUITCAKE WHO'S BETTER LOOKING?! Some like the stupidly cute thing Gourry has goin' on, some like the rugged outsider look Zangulus has going... it shouldn't make you decide who's better.
To Fans Of Lina - You should be ASHAMED!! Did you know Zangulus saves Lina's life in Slayers NEXT? Eh besides the spoilers, I think Zangulus makes it pretty easy on Lina. He's always so wrapped up in beating Gourry that he never tries to take revenge on her for always knocking him out of the water... pretty much all I can say to a Lina fan who has something against him for taht reason is... it had better be a reason besides his relation to Lina.
To Fans Of Amelia - First of all.. rock on, Amelia's cool. ^_^; Second of all... awwww if you do hate Zangulus, please don't! He just has his own code of justice he goes by! The justice of a Bounty Hunter! Yeah so he's not very just... in fact he's really unjust most of the time... but that doesn't mean anything! Zelgadiss isn't very just either... but... well... ah never mind. He's a good guy, all-in-all, he just has too much honor. That's about all I can say... if ya need more reasons, scout around.. the page may supply them!
To Fans Of Zelgadiss - Eh... if you're mad at him cause he's against Zelgadiss, I don't even see your problem. They hardly ever even meet in the series... I guess it's for other reasons, huh?
