November 4, 2000 - Saturday
I was busy today. I had my usual classes and they went well, surprisingly as I wasn't
feeling the greatest. I coughed a lot of today, but there is good news. I finally
asked the manager to take me to the doctor tomorrow. So, I'm going to go. My body
hurts so much from coughing, I've lost my voice again and I've even bitten my tongue
when I cough. Yikes. I'm in bad shape.
In my last class we discussed the US election a bit and one student had a novel idea.
She said that she hopes that Bush wins so that in four years Hillary Clinton can
run for President. And win. I think that is a really interesting idea!
We also discussed Uri Geller suing Nintendo over a character that is similar to him.
It was quite funny. I said that in a court he could psychically force the judge
or jury to give him money, but my student said they might make him leave his spoons
outside! It was a rollicking good class.
I walked home after school, coughing all the way. I'm still coughing now. I hope
I can get some sleep tonight.
Anyway, that's it for me. It was a good day. I hope tomorrow is good, and that the
doctor is helpful.
