November 25, 2000 - Saturday
What a day! I was quite busy today. My classes all showed up, although one student
was 20 minutes late for class. That was nice, I got a lot of paperwork done while
I waited for her. I think classes went well.
I went to the new Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant for lunch. It was quite nice.
I got my food really fast, which was a pleasant change over the old place.
What else is new? I got a lot of e-mail tonight. I spent about 3 hours answering
it. I guess I was distracted a bit. I also watched 90210 and Dharma and Greg.
It was pretty funny tonight.
I also found part of the Eurovision Song Contest. It was interesting to see so many
people who speak English as a second language. The amazing thing is that their English
is really fluent and good. The sad thing, and I don't know the reason behind it,
is that Japanese people study English but generally they can't speak it as well as the
Europeans. Why is that?
I made soup for my supper tonight. It was cheese and broccoli and it was darned good.
I didn't do the dishes after though.
That's about it for today. I don't have a lot of things to say, I'm out of here!
