October 5, 2000 - Thursday
The weather today was pretty nice. It was a bit cold tonight, but the sun shone most
of the day, so it made my spirits a bit brighter.
Classes went pretty well. One didn't happen, but in the others I managed to do counselling
so I've at least started. I did a lot of paperwork for the other student's counselling
too.
I went out for lunch today. I just had the urge to get out of the office. I went
for tonkatsu teishoku. Yum.
After work I stayed a bit late and then I went to a restaurant for supper. It was
funny, the waitress brought me a picture menu. She didn't ask if I could read katakana.
It was okay, I was just not expecting it!
This morning before work my friend Susan called me. She is
doing much better now, I'm happy to report. We talked for a bit until I had to leave
and take a shower.
Anyway, that's about it for now....catch you tomorrow?
