August 2, 2002 - Friday
Hot, with rain, then a bit cooler....hurray!
Well, today was the day. I finally had my medical check up. Bleck! It went okay
though. I'm apparently healthy, but need to lose weight. Well, I knew that already!
Work was incredibly dull today. I only had two lessons, right at the end of the day.
I was scheduled for another one, but the child didn't come. Oh darn. I did do a
lot of planning/preparing for tomorrow so all wasn't lost.
Tonight I came home and watched a bit of Honey I Blew Up The Baby then a Ringo Starr
Concert. Now I'm watching a Tribute Concert for John Lennon.
In between we called Katie and talked to her for her birthday. It was a bit funny.
She was not in a good mood so she wouldn't talk to me very much, and she refused
to speak to Fumihiko at all. Sigh. Oh dear. I did get to have a nice chat with my
sister though, that was nice.
Anyway, tomorrow's entry might be late or not at all because we are planning to go
out tomorrow night. I hope we do because I'm feeling a bit like I haven't gone anywhere
in days.
