Sunny and warm until this evening, now rainy.
This morning I went out for a walk, and it was a great one! I hadn't gone out for a while so it was really nice to go out. The songs on my iPod were great, so I boogied on down the road for a bit more than 30 minutes. Yay me!
When I got back to the apartment I took a nap then got up and did the cooking/shower thing. I simmered a couple of chicken breast and just before I left for work decided to pack one up for my lunch. When I took the lid off the pot I discovered that all of the water had gone! Yikes. In about one more minute I would have burned the chicken.
While I was cooking and getting ready for work, I watched last night's Roswell. It was good, the Christmas episode where Max heals a hospital room full of sick kids. It was really good. Made me homesick for Christmas.
Work was fine today. I had five classes, it was supposed to be 6, but one didn't show up. Sigh. And no call either. Oh well. I hope everything is okay.
After work I met my hubby at the apartment and we went to Gusto for dinner. We were going to go to Cocos first, but actually I can get a better choice at Gusto. And they have lots of decaf tea in their drink bar. We stayed for a while and talked and drank lots of tea!
When we came home I put on my new Rod Stewart album to listen to. It's quite good. Not sure if I'll like it as much as the other one, but you never know.
